Subscription Issues - Shannon - 11-05-2021
As of this date (November 5th, 2021), we are on rare occasions having issues with subscriptions being renewed successfully. We are aware of this, and we're trying to work with the appropriate parties to determine what the problem is and fix it.
Until we have successfully identified the issue and corrected it...
if you subscribe to a subliminal and this happens to you, and our efforts to correct this issue fail, we will either issue you a gift certificate for the amount of your failed subscription or, if we can verify that the problem exists and we cannot correct it for you, we will also extend to you the option of a refund of the value of the failed subscription. This is the only time we will issue a refund for subscriptions.
In order to be eligible for the option of a refund, you must be willing to allow Ben to log into your account and verify that:
A) There is in fact a problem, and
B) we cannot currently correct it for you.
If you are not willing to allow us to take those steps, you can only get a gift certificate for the subscription amount instead.
This issue seems to be affecting less than 5% of subscriptions, and we should have this sorted out soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

A possible fix for this.
If you find your original email, and click the view your order button down the bottom you should be able to access the streaming where you couldn't in the download area. Someone has reported this so i'd be interested to get feedback.
As to why this works, I don't know.
