AM6 refresher before SM3 - Aventus45 - 12-04-2020
Would I need to run AM6 Stage 7 after LTU if i wanted to run SM# after LTU v6?

I think it's a good idea. If you have run SM before and gotten good results from it, then probably not necessary, but it will help.

In that case, you'll absolutely need to use the AM refresher for at least a month first.
