Hey I need some different opinion because i am not sure. A month ago i knew i wanted to do am6 after my Of 5.75 run. But now i am sure i want to add another foundation after my OF run.
My priority is something for negative childhood and traumatic events (maybe those expierences are the reason of most of my resistance reactions). Unfortunatly i cant remember anything about my childhood bcz my mind surpressed it. Only some small parts.
I know i have to solve this before i can start subs like am6 or any other subs. I think i did a good start with OF and i think i have to add LTU or E4 after that but i dont know which one i should choose.

if your 2 choices are Ltu or E4 , you know which is better for a good foundation :

Really it's too early to be worrying about this. You've been on OF for like a month or two, and you need to use it for atleast 8 months.

Yes i know. I am asking now because it depends how i will save my money if i choose Ltu6

You really can't know what your needs will be in 6 or 7 months more of OF. You should just save money and wait a while to decide what to spend it on. If you choose E4 instead of LTU6, then you have extra money to invest, spend or use as a cushion. You can also purchase Stage 1 of LTUv6 at the current price, lock in the current price and then purchase the rest of the set whenever you decide to use it, still at the current price. Even if you do E4 first.
