A few programs like E4, LTU6 and OF 5.75G have DRS built into them. Can the stand-alone DRS be used concurrently with any of these to create a stronger shield in the same amount of time? Needing extra food and/or sleep would be an acceptable trade-off.

No, there's no point doubling it up. It would just lessen results.
