On stage 4 of AM6, should I run SM3 or OF after?
My original plan is to run SM3 right after but now that OF 5.75 is released im having second thoughts. One can push me through the path of sm3 and i might not take on much but the road has been traveled and i will get one thing or another from the program. OF is likely going to clear me for anything i run after.

I would say that OF will be useful in all ways and all directions. SM3 will not. I would do OF and then try SM3 after that.
