E3 track lenght - fab10 - 05-02-2020

Hi,

I am currently listening to EPRHA v1 (the free version) and DRS. Given that silent tracks don’t seem to agree with me (yet, I am hoping to get used to them), listening time is an issue- 12 to 18 hours of trickling stream is ... a lot of water sounds, especially during a lockdown.

Even though I was not planning to upgrade to E3 just yet, I am thinking it might be a solution to this problem.

What is E3’s track lenght? I can find the recommended number of loops but not the length of the track.

Am I correct in assuming that the listening time for EPRHA v3 is shorter than for v1?

The track is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Thanks! That’s great: 3 hours 45 minutes instead of 8+ hours, big difference, especially because I always wake up with some discomfort after 3 or 4 hours if I listen at night. I’ll test my current setup for a few more days and then I’ll probably invest in E3.

It is a great sub. I had no problem sleeping. It helps with stress and fear. I used it to get over a really bad breakup. It worked for me. I wish you success with it.

You'll want to look at the instructions for E3 before you conclude how many hours per day it will be.

No your math is correct. 3 loops is the prescribed recommendation but you can do more IIRC according to the product page I have used this program before and am using it now and I like it a lot.

I feel like it clears out a lot of emotional issues with continued use.

I just didn't have the number of loops from the instructions on the top of my tongue, and did not have time to go look it up, so I advised looking at the instructions to be sure.

What's your experience with E1 (Free sub)?

I didn’t use it long enough to have results, but I am sure it was doing something because I experienced resistance from hell, and since I didn’t understand it was resistance back then, I stopped listening. Many months later I picked it up again but switched to E3 after a few days to have faster results with less listening time.

There is no doubt in my mind that E1 is at least as good as any other subliminal you will find out there, probably better than most, and it’s free, but of course not nearly as powerful as the newest generation. For me, the main downside of that generation subs is that they require many, many hours of listening every day. Based on the initial feedback to OF and especially LTU6, E4 will probably be amazing.

I'm listening to E1 5g for 9 hours each night. Will that suffice?

the more listening time, more you can benefit. Imo 9 hours is not fine, if I would use it I use at least 12 hours each day.

RE: E3 track lenght - Benjamin - 08-17-2020

That's fine, 8+ hours is recommended. The general instructions can be found at http://www.subliminal-shop.com/5g-instructions/

With 5.5g and 5.75g the listening amount is different and can be found on the description pages.
