Has anyone used this program mask 5 loops everyday? if so describe you results please. I would appreciate it. I just bought program.

I know, there are two sets of instructions. On 4 on 2 off with 4 loops. The other is mask 5 loops everyday. Do you get more exhaust with mask every day?

I don't know where you get two sets of instructions. From the product description page:

Proper use of this program is as follows:
Loops Per Day: Use this program at a rate of 5 (five) loops per day, back to back and uninterrupted. Recommend using this program while you sleep, unless sleep disruptions occur.
Secondary ASRB: Use this program for 4 (four) days straight, and then take a break of 2 (two) days.
Length Of Use: This program is designed to be used in blocks of 3 months at a time. You can use it for as many such blocks as you like, but you must use it for at least one block of three months at a time. It is recommended, but not required, that you take a week off between each block of 3 months you use it consecutively.
So you use it 5 loops a day, 4 days on, 2 days off, in blocks of 3 months at a time. Which will be a minimum of 6 months for your case. What's confusing about that? Where do you see masked 5 loops?

When I make a journal . Where should I go to men’s Journal or users journal??? I have never used a forum before.

We don't mind answering questions Z-man. But something like that is pretty obvious just due to the titles of the forum sections.
