Hi,
I have this speaker but I'm not sure it's suitable for subs? I've tested it with L/R channels and it does have a stereo field from left to right so this should be ok. It's also rated upto 20Khz so this covers the ultrasonic. If it's connected to a good audio source via the aux cable then technically it should be good to go?
Any reasons why this speaker wouldn't work for subs?

Catman used it. It's bluetooth so maybe it could affect the sub, but I don't really think it will.

Sounds ok with the frequency, but hard to know with bluetooth.

I would use it with an aux cable and hacked iPod playing .flac.
Im reluctant to use Bluetooth as I don't trust the compression.
It's the stereo field that worries me, the L&R are there but they don't creat a very good stereo field, not sure how import this is. In the past I have always used separate speakers wear possible.
I can say compared to cheaper Bluetooth speakers found across Amazon the sound with the UE Boom 2 is very clear and crisp.
