I did that for about 2 cycles- went only 2 days off the 2nd cycle and that’s when I just started playing it how I am now 

I noticed normal hunger coming back during the times of the day I wasn’t playing it and honestly even the first day of asrb2 time I noticed higher levels of hunger, by the 3rd-4th day I was an eating machine (this whole lockdown and staying at home thing definitely isn’t helping out much either)

MIR v3- Shannon, Just read your two latest posting in your private journal....gosh almighty and gee whilla-Ker's Batman!!
this is a real Muther for ya,fella! IM soo lookin forward to seeing what MIR v3 can do and will do over time....it certain will help with something and it can boost one's immune system which is of course,a BOOST in itself! .
This thing is gonna be profound I Know it Man,that is profound in REAL WORLD testing,feedback,Shannon. I Know it will be. I read each post twice and slowly good.(wink) DRS in it too. dang Man. wow. whaddah program. DRS continues to shield amazingly.

One quick thing about it...today into town for some much needed shopping and emotional "I need to get outta here for the day and have some positive give and take" & good for the soul stuff,wish I could've had more but that much was far better than none at all. I clearly experience a shift in how I felt about my home state, NC,of which I now live in..... its like I have a new space suit on in Life Shannon. I felt really OK being in and with NC,where as before DRS, for decades,I've felt Im from here but not of here and wanna get the hell outta here,too.,same thing with the planet.

None the less I wanted to mention this about DRS as it is significant ,as I've never experienced this kind of shift about the whole state before...again this is significant...and lord knows what all else it is doing.
MIR v3 after this...once day may they;ll be a 6G program on anti-aging so that men like me can have many more years added on to thier lives on earth,as mature Men and git done the stuff we wanted to do but dont have quite the energy and drive we once had...as opposed to feeling semi -washed up...the journey continues. thanks Shannon M. yer outta sight!! rest well you deserve every ounce of it Man!!

I'm really looking forward to seeing if MIR v3 helps you with candida.  I tried hard to make it useful for that.  I guess it will boil down to just how well the immune system can actually access the candida, but I am significantly hopeful for you and everyone else who suffers from it.

I think you're going to enjoy MIR v3 for another reason as well, and not just because it has DRS active, but because it does some very complex energy work and I think you'll enjoy how it feels.  I don't think I have ever felt this sort of energy, it's like I'm wearing a cozy blanket and very hard to describe at the same time.

Anti-aging 6G has secretly been in a slow back-burner research and development mode for years now.  It's coming.  Smile

 Awwww Man. I've got tears in my eyes. I Just read your post Shannon,abouve. touch ma-heart Man. So encouraging and very applicable,too is MIR v3... Once USLM4 is rebuilt, I think it will work better. USLM3 had more "wow" moments. Like I would be invited to social gatherings with people and met more people. I feel my results have sputtered with USLM4."

@Shannon: I hope you still have that in mind, either to address it with the sub or write in the description to not talk about the goals we want to achieve before we achieved them.

Hey Shannon, I thought i'd just offer you a thought on USLM 4.2 since i ran 4.1 about a month ago for a bit and it brought back some memories from my overall experience.

When I run USLM; most things around me become very favourable, there's no dearth of small bits of luck happening, I get freebies here and there (I got an expensive book which i needed for free the day after running it for the first time in the last around) and good fortune happens, such as being given time off by work so I can focus on other things.

The biggest problem for me though comes when I'm trying to get things done myself, my discipline tends to disappear along with my quick thinking ability and persistence with problems. Reflecting on this a bit I think this comes from having personal values which drive my motivation and discipline (for instance being in the service of the betterment of being through all actions). I also summon up the negative feelings associated with the result of not having followed through before which drives me.

When on USLM I find it hard to summon up the enthusiasm, determination and drive to focus and go through the pain of discipline because i'm kind of relaxed and letting the world bring me stuff.

I should say this is more the case for intellectual discipline for my work and self study, in which I become very lazy and mentally sluggish I still get success at work but don't feel able to get it through my intellectual efforts if that makes sense.

Physical discipline however is another story, I really get on the case about diet, exercise and USLM has this amazing autopilot thing (which i've noticed from when I used US 4g years ago) where I just kick into gear and for example clean my house, come up with new ideas for fixing things, organise events and overcome obstacles, such as buying a house, getting to a place on time despite delays etc.

I wonder if this is due in part to the mental energy being diverted to luck, and there being less mental energy for other tasks, so less mental pursuits are manageable but more mental pursuits become hard? In which case I think some scripting to help with intelligence and energy for mental discipline needed to get through intellectual tasks would be really helpful.

I also feel like i get a lot of negative energy coming at me without getting too spiritual, so a shield would be really helpful.

This is of course just my own perspective and experience.

The last few days I’ve been play US overnight at between 5-6 clicks (6-8 hours) and I’ll throw in 2-3 loops during the day as well and that’s been cutting my eating down in half 

So I’m going to try and continue that for 1-2 weeks and see if that has any effect on my weight will let you know
