Is everything happening around a us coming purely from subconscious mind?
Meaning if I change whats inside me, or what I think is inside me, everything outwards changes?
It is a deep question, but for context, I have been chasing financial freedom for years. Constant actions, and hustle etc. but lately I have been questioning the validity of this approach and decided to do a mini trial.
I let go of everything, no to do list, no goals, and instead I started writing, at the end of each day, I would sit, and write about my ideal day, an alternate version of today, but in the best scenario that I wanted.
I would do this every night for like 5-10 min, it gave me inspiration, and imagination.
But things started to appear, things that I wrote started to actually happen in my day to day life.
Now in my writings, there is a general theme or commonality, but I write everyday something slightly different than the day before, sort of a different life path.
Now I am wondering instead of hustling through the rabbit hole chasing financial freedom, chasing ideal fwbs chasing other things.
What if I just sit every night for extended time say 45 min to write about my ideal day. Have that inspiration. And call it a day, and let life happen to me. Let life unfold to me naturally and I drift around it naturally, instead of me trying to steer the wheel and encounter resistance at every turn.
What are your thoughts guys on this? Anyone tried something similar? I know Duke practiced this in a different version.
Let me know what you think.
I think everything surrounding us is a combination of our subconscious interacting with the world. Our subconscious just tunes us in to a certain channel on the radio in which we experience the world. The subliminals are one way to do that. Writing our goals is another. I've done that in the past, typing out my goals out, printing the paper, and posting it on the wall, and they all came true. Maybe I should do it again, but I've just been doing what I can with the subliminals. A good question for Shannon, though. These are just my 2 cents. I hope Shannon writes a book on this someday.

Shannon, welcome back ,Man!!
On the PRA2 & DRSS3 thing, I listened to DRS3 twice this morning, as its my first day off of PRA2, the 3 day break. Do I Listen to DRS3 once or twice, loop wise, on my days off of PRA2 or just 1 loop of DRS3 on my days off of PRA2?
Thank you and glad to hear that Y'all had a good time, over all. Keith.

You run it 2 loops per day, regardless of on or off days for the other program.

Sitting and writing about your ideal day, or whatever you want, for a little time each day is a manifestation method:
- It focuses your attention.
- It focuses your attention on what it is you want.
- It puts mental, and if done right, emotional/desire energy into play focused on what you want.
- It usually includes imagining the desired outcome.
- It is sustained for a period of time, which does not have to be very long.
- It is repeated every day for a long enough period of time.
These are basically the outline for manifestation, and some people would even call this a form of Low Magick. I actually used a similar technique to manifest my girlfriend, who I will celebrate 9 years with next month.
@samba99 There is only energy. We may perceive it as being various different forms, which may or may not be thought of as "energy", but really, the universe is just a sea of energy. It has a source type, and then settles into various layers of "density" via it's vibrational frequency (which is usually known as "planes of existence") and then within that "note" within the "octave" (what plane it is expressing itself on), it takes on various permutations which result from the specifics of it's vibrational energy and frequency and what it is interacting with and how. So we may perceive it as "solid matter", or "light" or "vacuum of space" or some sort of matter or energy otherwise.
The awareness that comprises a human awareness is actually multi-partite and multi-layered, and ranges from the deepest levels (which are usually considered "soul awareness" to the most shallow levels (which is the so-called "conscious awareness"). Your awareness of a particular energy, thing, and probability flow results from your interaction with that vibrational "channel" being what you are either tuned into, or in phase with in some way.
The subconscious, superconscious and soul level awarenesses are able to interact with reality "behind the scenes" of what the conscious mind can perceive and be aware of, and by instruction them as to what you want through the right methods, they will attune to that and focus you into it, or it into your life.
There are a variety of ays to do this, but they're all ultimately tuning your self and or awareness to a specific "channel" of the flow of reality.

I manifested my girlfriend doing the exercise for 9 days. I met her within 14 days. I, however, seem to be exceptionally good at doing this sort of thing. It may take some people longer, so I suggest the following if how long to do it is a question.
- Do the writing exercise every day for at least a month.
- DO NOT look for results. That is one of the best ways to kill them with conscious mind interference.
- After you are done with the day's writing exercise, go to sleep.
- After you are done with the time you spend doing the writing exercise (the month, or whatever you decide on), just let it go, and ignore it. Again, don't look for results, don't focus on it, don't think about it. Just let it go and do your thing.
- Remember that you may not realize that your goal is manifesting or has manifested for some time. I didn't know my goal had manifested until I started falling in love with her and her boyfriend left her a couple months after we met.
Manifestation subs will be created, but I am swamped right now.

When the manifestors are ready for me to do. I am working on other titles right now. AAMTS v7 needs to be finished, DMSI v6, and PRA v3 needs work too. There are also experimentals that I am working on and some things that are almost ready to publish that need a little more love and development yet. I will go as fast as I can without compromising quality.

Shannon, thanks the detailed explanation and reply, well appreciated of your time.
I am currently doing this exercise purely based on a hunch only, havent read it anywhere.
At the moment I am just journaling my day st the end of the day but with alternative events and ideal scenarios. So I write in past tense. “I went to the mall then…etc”
My writings are different each day with common theme. But different events.
My question, is it better to continue this way? Or do I fix on what exactly I want, and I re write the same event over and over? For example, I can sit down and figure out exactly my ideal daily routine. Then at end of each day I write that exact same routine.
I suppose the first approach will give me breadth but the latter will give me depth.
What do you think?

If you're trying to manifest then you never journal what happened. You never use past tense. You use present tense and you journal what you want, and let everything else fall by the wayside. You don't have to write it over and over in one sitting, it is better to simply spend that time elaborating on details.
When I manifested my girlfriend, I spent a period of 10-30 minutes a day working on an advertisement that I was originally going to post on a site where you could advertise what you are looking for. After a few days of refining it (focusing on it, improving it, thinking about it deeply, being specific, trying different ways to word what I wanted until it was perfect) I decided not to post the ad, but I did keep going because I was trying to define what exactly I wanted. At about 9 days, I got to the end of the process and stopped. And as usual for me, whenever I do an active manifestation, it was about 14 days later that I got what I asked for (met her). This is apparently unusual, and I appear to be relatively naturally talented with actively manifesting things quickly. So it may take weeks or months longer for someone else.
An alternate way to do it is to write a story, with each day being a continuation of the story. Make it what you want to happen. Get into it. The key is focus, emotional investment passionate desire, visualization (to whatever degree you can), specificity and repetition.

Here's something to think about re, in case it is not something you have already considered:
A lot of people have instilled in them a fear of having money or wealth because someone teaches them that having wealth is against the desires of their creator, or this or that other party or factor, or whatever. But there is infinite wealth, more than enough to go around. And who does more good? The one who has the money to make a difference? Or the one who has no money, but wishes to make a difference?
The original quote is that "the love of money is the root of all evil". But even if that were true (and it's not), the money itself is not good or evil. It is what one does with their money that matters.
There's nothing wrong with having great wealth and being selfish with it, believe it or not. You are under no obligation by anyone who matters to give it away or share it or use it for anyone else's benefit. The world becomes a better place when you do not suffer because you have enough money to not suffer.
The world also becomes a better place when those who have money use at least some of it to make the world a better place. That will mean something different to everyone. One person might give to charity, and another might secretly give away money to poor wait staff they overhear describing a difficulty in their life or family that would be helped with money. Another person might create scholarships, and someone else might fund cancer research or research into developing some sort of cure for a disease. Yet another person might set up an orphanage and someone else might fund some sort of scientific development.
The issue arises when money is used to harm oneself or someone else, or when it is considered a goal that is more important than following the law, being a decent person or induces the person to make the world worse instead of better.
In abundance, you can experience the positive potential you have that is stuck otherwise. That makes life better for you and makes you have the potential to improve the world much better than being poor can. Having money gives you power, the power to generate change. That change, and the effects it has on the world, that is what matters. Not the money itself. It is what you do with it. And if you do no harm, then you violate no rules.
You cannot take it with you, but you also have no real proof of what comes after. The best any of us can say is, "This is what I believe." The truth is, we are all agnostic, and we hold on to our chosen beliefs. So it is possible that there is nothing that comes after, and it is possible that none of what is commonly taught comes after. Therefore, your now matters, and having money makes your now better as long as it is used wisely. Even if you do not share it with anyone else.
But you probably already know all of this.
Just to challenge you a bit, and sorry if this is going too off topic, but I agree that money itself isnt good or evil and having money obviously gives you more freedom and power to make a difference. But I dont really agree that theres "infinite wealth" or that having great wealth means you have no obligation to use any of it for the benefit of others. Even if that wealth is completely legitimately earned, it still doesnt exist in a vacuum, right? It depends on other peoples labor and hard work, as well as the society and systems that made it possible to build that wealth in the first place. But other than that I think you are pretty spot on
You are welcome to your point of view and opinion. I'll explain my point of view a little better.
The reason I say that there is infinite wealth is that there is unlimited abundance, which becomes obvious when you remove the artificial self imposed limitations, such as beliefs like "there's a lack of money, so if I have X, it must have caused someone else to not have that X". Me becoming a millionaire, or even a billionaire, does not have to cause anyone else to have less. The only way that happens is if I choose to achieve wealth in a way that specifically causes that outcome intentionally. I can choose to become wealthy in a variety of ways that do not do that. Those who become wealthy by doing things like that are typically very immature souls who don't know better, who are making that mistake so they can incur the karma that corrects their misunderstanding and advances their maturity level through the experience.
You cannot see unlimited abundance if you have beliefs that contradict that and create artificial limitation and lack as a result.
As to responsibility, the only responsibility we have is to not harm others. Me becoming wealthy does not obligate me to feed the poor, or fund a charity or invest in any particular venture capital option, or give money to anyone or help anyone else in any way. It just means I have more potential for creating change. Money/currency/wealth is just energy, and it is just a tool. Just like a hammer, there is no obligation to use it or use it in a particular way. Anything you can say that disagrees will come from your personally accepted beliefs, not from reality.
You may have been taught that having wealth obligates you to help others in some way. You may believe it. But the fact is, there is no obligation but to do no harm. And even that is severely warped and misunderstood by most people, because the concept of responsibility and personal responsibility is so twisted and warped these days.
If you are acting out of guilt/shame/fear, then you are acting because someone is manipulating you to do so - and it may be some part of yourself, or it may be someone else or some group. But the manipulation remains a manipulation.
If I walk past someone who is homeless and begging for change, I have no obligation to help them. Their own actions and choices got them where they are (in most cases) and in most cases, they will be where they are in life because their actions and choices continue to either hold them there or make that their preferred outcome for whatever reason. No matter how wealthy, that remains true. And even in cases where I encounter someone who is homeless because they are severely disabled, insane, etc. it is still not my responsibility to help them. I can help them, I can choose to intervene, but me having a lot of money and intervening may be making them worse off if I do not intervene the right way.
If I give a beggar $5, what's he going to do with that? Very good bet he's going to buy alcohol. Alcohol means he's effectively using me to fund a drug habit of sorts, while avoiding taking personal responsibility for earning the money he uses to do that. So if I give a beggar money, in most cases, I am not helping that person. Instead, I am:
A) Allowing myself to be manipulated.
B) Allowing someone else to evade personal responsibility for themselves.
C) Funding a drug problem.
D) Teaching that person that lying to get what they want is perfectly acceptable.
None of those are good things. So if someone approaches me for money, I will usually turn them down. If I can see that they may genuinely be in need, I may help them by doing something that is not giving them money, but solves a need. Getting them water, food, information, etc. But I do that only rarely, because most beggars are not genuinely in need of help, they just want to take advantage of other people's shame and guilt. And even in cases where they genuinely need help, if I think my efforts to help will cause harm in some way, I am going to turn them down.
When I lived in Savannah Georgia, I was approached by a man who was in his early 20's who I instantly knew was a drug addict because of the track marks on his arms. He gave me a sob story about how his newborn had no formula or diapers because momma had abandoned it to him and he couldn't find a job. He asked for money. I told him, "I'll get you some baby formula and diapers, but I will not give you money. Let's go." He immediately had an excuse why he had to leave. Uh huh. I thought so.
Now let's consider the "wealth does not exist in a vacuum" point. If I have wealthy clients, are they doing hard work to have the money to pay me? Many of them will not be. Some will have retired. Some will have inherited. Some will be trust fund babies. That's not labor and hard work in many of those cases.
But what about where they got that money from? Well, there's a variety of ways you can have money. If you're Wal Mart, your clientele is largely poor people. A lot of poor people, at least in the United States, do not work and earn their money. Instead, they pop out babies and get on welfare. And they believe they deserve this, because the government told them so. Wal Mart therefore has to a significant degree become wealthy by serving those who, in large part, leach from the taxpayers while not working at all and using up resources freely.
In the other direction, I know people who spend a few hours a day sitting in front of their computer and making stocks, forex or arbitrage. I also know people who do not a damned thing, and make money on those things because they wrote a program to do the "work" for them. Most such people lose money, but a small percentage do make a living at it, and some of them are quite wealthy as a result. Did they earn the tens or hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars they acquired doing these things? Well, depends on how you define "earned". If "you earn money with hard work" is your belief, then you're going to believe they didn't earn that money. If your belief is that they did what it took for that money to come to them legally, then likely you will believe they did earn it.
So no, the money that makes me wealthy does not automatically come from someone else's hard work and labor. There will be people who work hard and do labor of some sort to earn their money. But there are also plenty of other ways to have money flow to you, legal and otherwise. The issue is that most people hold limiting beliefs and those limiting beliefs are intended to protect them from the scary infinity of possibilities they could experience and achieve by limiting what they can do and experience. But those are the bars to a jail cell you built with those beliefs, which are based in fear, not reality.
