Yes indeed, my bad I got confused with the versions. 5.x>6.x is quite a jump!

Given how little time I have left, I have to choose one thing to publish before I leave for vacation. I have decided I am also going to do at least one pre-order. Pre-order will be for DMSI.

DMSI v6.0-A will be just DMSI.
DMSI v6.0-B will be DMSI with DRS built in.

I will make all three available for pre-order. When I get home from vacation, we will be building them in order of what is most requested.

The system was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM.  I woke up at 5:30 PM to find a note that they had tried to deliver it at 12:19 PM, and would "try again tomorrow".  Because, you know... why not deliver 5 hours and 41 minutes early?  Nobody would ever be caught of guard by that.  They did the same shit to me when they delivered my mattress, telling me they'd be there after 4 PM and showed up while I was eating breakfast across town at 9 am.

At this rate, if I do get it later today, I'm going to have only 3 days to do anything with it before I have to go on vacation, and it "features" a new desktop environment I'm not familiar with, which will surely slow things down.  

I don't yet know what you told Ben, can't access company chat without the production system, but DRS was built and finished just before the fan died; and given all the BS going on, I won't have time to make adjustments and build it again before I leave, if that would have resulted.  But I have made significant changes to it.  In 6G and earlier, all the shields except the Black Hole Shield were simple shields, consisting of one statement that gave all the instructions necessary to generate the shield.  In 6.5G, all of the shields will be complex shields, like Black Hole Shield is.  That means they have several different goals all working together to make the shield do what it needs to do, i.e. a much more complex and comprehensive approach.  I've also broadened what it protects against.  I'm sure that between that and the 6.5G you'll find this to be a major upgrade and improvement over the 6G version and below.

DMSI 6.x is coming but that will have to wait until September at the very earliest.

@Shannon , that's crazy! What awful turn of events for you...I'm so sorry... 

I hope the vacation is better. I remember once I think, you had a breakdown with the rental car? Or a car accident? Clearly we need a better break for you than that...

It's in line with the sales pages issues for DRS V2, so I knew it'd be relevant. It took a long time to write it all. I didn't want to write it publicly, but I did want to help progress things if I can in any way.

Thank you again for DMSI releasing soon...I hope it'll be a big step forward.
