RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - Shannon - 03-03-2020 All of the reasons people have difficulty achieving the goals of DMSI boil down to fear, whatever you call the tendrils and children it births. My goal is to remove all of the fears that stand in the way of the program's execution. Sounds like a complex and slippery goal, given the permutations of the various qualities of fear and its manifestations. Good for you! So should I assume one of the things you're working on for future versions is improved fear removal? Is there any concern you'll remove too many 'fears' (e.g. of the type 'inhibition')? I wonder if fears are hard for many/most of us to let go of because they create 'fences' of safety. Fears and taboos tell us where it isn't 'safe' to go, in part. There are those studies of kids that played in a fenced in area, used the entire playground whereas when there were not fences they tended to bunch together. My goal is to remove all of the fears that stand in the way of the program's execution. The FRM (Fear Removal Module) has been in the works for the last year or two. It is still being worked on, v4.9. By now it is very difficult to find ways to improve it, or if I find them, find how to implement them effectively. It is my sincere belief that you cannot remove too many fears, as long as the person instead engages their brain. RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - rono - 03-04-2020 Hi All, (ongoing DMSI 3.3.2 off-label experiment) Day 3 ASRB2 of Cycle 4: Energy levels were very low today. Previously noted effects of the sub weren't really present today. I didn't see anything different in my wife and noted almost no positive effects in myself. We both experienced extraordinarily low energy today due to a night of very poor quality (many interruptions) sleep. So the energy thing could be it. Tempted to start the sub listening a day early, but I want to wait at least a full 2 months before getting too creative. Maybe there was a little of the 'getting along better' effects. If there were, they were too subtle to call out. Day 4 ASRB2 of Cycle 4: So far today, nothing notable at all, either. Still wondering if the energy level would be boosted if I listen to a single loop. Might try that this afternoon--just to give the ol' flywheel a little push... Do find myself hoping that I/we will get the energy boost when I re-start the listening tomorrow. Also, am hoping that the 'energy boost' effect I've experienced will become permanent. To be fair, though, I should probably note that the low-level background anxiety that has always come-and-gone for me, feels like it has been turned down from a 3 to a 1 or less (scale of 1-10). However, a negative has been bad tension headaches for which I've reached for some prescription meds that I have not used for quite a while--not saying this is related, but it's there. Tomorrow, though, we start Cycle 5! At this stage we're 48 days in. RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - rono - 03-05-2020 Hi All, (ongoing off-label DMSI 3.3.2 experiment) Day 1, sub Cycle #5 Just started listening to the sub and already feeling more 'up'. They wife seemed a little more up also, in spite of the fact she hadn't even listened a whole time through yet (lots of interruptions since it isn't playing in every room and she went running). Besides the 'up' /energized feeling, I always suddenly seem positively interested in improving my health and researching or reading about health and healthy aging- oriented topics. Which does make it a little distracting when listening during work hours. I have a couple confounding factors beginning. I'm temporarily changing to a vegetarian diet, cutting back on the alcohol and starting a new peptide therapy for boosting growth hormone (from my doctor based on my blood work). We'll see how it all plays out in combination. Currently, I want to keep myself on this for the recommended length of time, which I believe is like 90 days (92 days?) While I may get the new Appetite Suppressant for my wife and get her going on that one before that. We'll see. I do like the effects of DMSI 3.3.2 on her. RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - Shannon - 03-05-2020 DMSI can be used for more than 3 months. It's designed to be used in three month blocks. The energy DMSI gives is based on a combination of hormonal optimization and energy flooding. RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - rono - 03-10-2020 Hi All, (ongoing off-label DMSI 3.3.2 experiment) Day 5 (Cycle #5) Looking back, Day 2 turned out to be a low-energy, low-libido day, and it actually had me a little worried because I had a 'date' with the wife on Friday night. Turned out ok, but I was not 'feeling it' during the day as in the way I usually look forward to it. Day 3: Saturday, was ok, but both of us felt a little 'off'. Day 4: Sunday, was getting better, the sub felt good while it was playing, maybe there was 'breakthrough' of some kind going on on Day 2 and 3. We had a great time together in the afternoon. My dominance was in full swing and felt good to both of us. During the morning when I was with people there was good energy between me and the women I spoke to. They tended to be very attentive but no IoI's as they say. Which again, is fine, but I report it for Shannon's benefit. I did get some IoI's from the wife on the way home in the car though, which is cool. Day 5: So far I'd say the sub feels good while it's playing. I had a good workout, I'm up a couple pounds for the first time since I started the sub, but we have been having a couple back-to-back birthday celebrations, though I didn't realize I was eating more. Still not out of my preferred weight zone though, so that's good. We'll see how this evening goes, while it is a Monday, it is also my BD so the wife and I will celebrate a bit this afternoon/evening if the energy holds. I'll probably get a massage today, so I'll have an opportunity to see how the sub affects those around me cause I'll be out and about. The massage therapist continued to seem warm and not timid about getting in real close as she did the various stretches, etc. she does. Nothing overt. She's not really 'my type' anyway, so I would imagine the snipers wouldn't hit there. Only one little thing stood out on Day 5. I was picking up some Thai take-out down at the end of our street. I didn't expect any meaningful interactions with the staff because they are always so busy. But after paying for my food I turned around and right behind me was a pretty blonde with a big gorgeous smile for me. I had not even known she was there but as soon as I turned around she made her best impression. Or maybe she was in a good mood... RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - Shannon - 03-10-2020 Happy birthday! Hope you enjoy it to the fullest. RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - rono - 03-11-2020 Hi All, (ongoing experiment with off-label use of DMSI 3.3.2) Day 6 of Cycle #5 Nothing to report. Pretty unremarkable day. I can't even remember anything that happened yesterday... Overall feeling/sense is that the sub is losing its 'edge' with me. I'm not getting the same response I'm used to. Wondering if a long break (greater than the ASRB2) will be necessary at some point. Also, could be that I've been working real hard and not getting out much. Day 7 of Cycle #5 The sense of the sub having less effect is even greater today. Curious as to whether this might be a time where we are overcoming internal resistance... Did have a bad headache and fatigue yesterday (no surprise really because of series of 4 days getting 5 hours or less sleep). I took a nap in the afternoon just to close my eyes and hope the headache would go away with a little deep breathing and resting of the eyes. Fell asleep and it was a profound rest. Woke up feeling different. I think the silent version of the sub was playing but not sure. We'll be going out for a bit tonight, might see some folks. We'll see if there is any effect. My wife has been telling me (don't remember what day, maybe Day 6) that she's been getting more attention from younger men. I tease her about this but she says, "are you kidding? I'm too old for them!" I argue, "hey these days young men fantasize about older women..." all in good fun, and my wife has always gotten a little attention since she lost weight, but there has been an increased frequency. Maybe I'm losing focus and just getting used to it all. We'll see-- tomorrow's day 8 of this (relatively uneventful) cycle. Maybe ASRB2 #5 will bring some 'bloom' that people talk about. Also, wondering if I should put this one aside for now and break it out again for next year's tropical vacation. Still plan to wait the full 92 days of the first 3 months at least. But starting to look at other things to do with subs when this is over. RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - rono - 03-12-2020 Hi All, (ongoing experiment with off-label use of DMSI 3.3.2) Day 8, Cycle #5 So far today it was a little interesting. I went to the gym, there's often a pretty cute lady at the checkin counter that it is appropriate to greet. I did that this am as usual and she was not unusually warm--just normal. Later, when I was leaving the gym she was working in the little shop off to one side of the exit and I didn't see her. But as I was about to exit the double doors, she called to me and said "Have a good day!" I turned quickly (and awkwardly) responded weakly (because so little air in my lungs at the moment) and she gave me a big smile. As I exited, on the sidewalk outside, another cute young lady gave me a big, shy smile and looked me in the eye. A moment or two later, as I was walking into the parking lot, a car was waiting to turn left in front of me. It was driven by a cute lady that tried to catch my eye and gave me a big smile. Now that I think of it, last night, in a formal/structured social situation a couple of young ladies tried to catch my eye and gave me big smiles. All the ladies that paid attention to me are ones that I would consider 'cute' or 'attractive'. The ones that did not fall into that category acted like I wasn't even there. The fact that these happened when I wasn't thinking about it and that so many of these instances happened in such a short span of time, made me think that perhaps the sub is actually still improving my 'aura', etc. in the background. Also, last night, a guy I had assisted in his presentation thanked me warmly for my help. I said something like "I'm glad to help when you need a hand". He responded with something to the effect, "It was great to have help and even better that it was you!" So maybe the aura is so positive it bleeds through to affecting everyone, guys and gals alike? I will be alone most of the day and evening today, so the most I can expect is interesting interactions with the wife. We'll see! RE: DMSI 3.3.2, OED, X124, PSEv3, etc. - Shannon - 03-13-2020 Guys will tend to become responsive to the DMSI aura being projected from a straight man by respecting him more and wanting to be in his good graces, unless that DMSI user appears to be a threat to his relationship. After a while, you tend to normalize the effects and see them better only when you stop using it. After a while, you tend to normalize the effects and see them better only when you stop using it. That makes sense about the guy I assisted. I suppose that the 'normalize the effects' phrase means that I get used to them and see the effects better in contrast? Or do they get more noticeable when you're not running the sub anymore? Your brain is a differencing engine, so you notice best what has the most difference from what you have around you. If you're just getting used to the effects, you should notice a significant difference if you stop using it for a month. If you are no longer executing the same, you should notice no such or much less such difference if you stop using it. |
