RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol.9 - Shannon - 07-21-2026 (07-21-2026, 02:29 PM)Frosted Wrote: @Shannon To achieve what you want to do, you must achieve your full potential. That is going to ultimately come down to understanding your prison and opening the door to it, then stepping out. Step 0: Recognize that you have created a prison for yourself to "protect" you from your full potential. That is to say, in other words, that some part or more likely parts of you are absolutely terrified of the unknown that your infinite potential actually forces realization of. Therefore, they work to create artificial limitations to your achievement of that literally unlimited potential. Some of these will be in the forms of beliefs, and some will be in the form of fear responses that more directly result from that infinity of unknown that results if the shackles come off fully. All humans do this to themselves for most of their incarnations, because it takes a long time to develop enough to be able to literally float in infinity, and not be afraid. But there is really nothing to be afraid of: you can literally do anything, as long as you know how, and have the right tools. Step 1: Identify the limitations you have created for yourself. In this step, you must "explore your prison cell". Where are your self imposed limits? Why did you set these limits, and not some other limits? Where is the "door to your cell"? Realistically, you don't need to "find the door to your cell", because your entire "prison cell" is simply a self creation which can be escaped at will. Even accepting that there must be a door to move through is another artificially imposed limit. Step 2: Explore the limitations you have created for yourself and what parts created them and why. Understanding the parts that have created the limitations, and what those limitations are, and what "reason" they were created for, is immensely helpful. When you identify a limitation, or the part creating it, try to communicate with that part of you to understand why it created that limitation. When you get an answer, consider the answer, and then ask... "But why?" Keep doing that until you reach the root of the reason. Then spend some serious time trying to understand both the part of you that implemented it, and the reason first given and the root reason. Continue this until you have identified and come to really understand as many of these limits as you can find. Step 3: Determine which artificial limitation is the best one to work on dissolving right now. This will depend on you entirely and your judgement. Spend some time contemplating the options, and the reasons why each might be the best choice. Also consider the potential ramifications of achieving freedom from each, and the process of achievement itself. Step 4: Work on dissolving the selected artificial limitation. This can be as easy or difficult as you choose to make it. When I do this, I find that it helps to do a meditation in which I imagine myself floating in the infinity of space, alone. I am comfortable and able to breathe normally, but I al all alone and the infinite universe is all around me. At first, this is somewhat scary. Not because I would freeze or be exposed to a hard vacuum, or be exposed to radiation or have nothing to breathe if this were me physically doing this, since I have set the conditions to be comfortable physically in my meditation. . Instead, it is uncomfortable because some part of me responds with ... "What now? We are all alone." And then I consider that simply floating within infinity, whether we are alone or not, does not matter. The situation simply is what it is. I work on accepting that and becoming comfortable with it. When I get there, I point out that we are not alone, because "we" requires two or more of "us", and "we" always have the different parts of "me". Then I spend more time getting comfortable with infinity, and exploring what is possible. In this meditation, I allow myself to move through simple will and desire, and at whatever speed I like, and so I can explore different things: galaxies, solar systems, dust clouds, black holes, etc. This helps with accepting limitlessness. Then I work on the specific limitation as well, and I do this until the limitation is understtood to be unnecessary and dissolves. Step 5: Repeat Step 4 until you are limitless. This may take a while. Be patient. This is something I’m gonna add to my repertoire. I was already doing what you suggest where you query different parts of you, but this adds clarification and gives more direction. I’m gonna screenshot this for later reference. Can one do this similar process to find out other things about themselves? For example finding innate talents or inclinations to find out what our specific path to greatness should be? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol.9 - Frosted - 07-21-2026 Btw, anyone else that has any potential suggestions for things other than Subliminals, feel free to chime in. My suggestion: Meditation is the best one I know of. There are different kinds of meditation. Metta meditation is the one I’m using right now and it’s great. Basically it’s love/warmth + concentration meditation. There’s also the power of now style of meditation which is great for its simplicity and ease of integration into literally all of your life. I would definitely listen to the Cancer Healing Aid. Also, Shannon is about to release the 6,5G of that program. I'd think that I'll have plenty of time to grow after I'm phisically healed. Cancer Healing Aid 6.5G (Free) or (Paid) would be very good to have after having had cancer, as it will help you to periodically run it as a way to enhance your body's natural ability to detect and destroy cancerous and pre-cancerous cells. But, once the known cancer is removed, running it is more of a preventative measure than a way of helping to heal from cancer. It would also be good for helping to make sure you have no more cancerous or pre-cancerous cells in your body that the surgical removals did not affect. Cancer Healing Aid 6.5G (Free) and (Paid) are going to be released very soon. Metta meditation, not meta. It’s basically a heart focused meditation that’s about generating and concentrating on warmth and then expanding the scope of what you feel warmth towards, from benefactor, to neutral, to enemy to all beings and back to yourself (or whatever order works best for you. I chose to do self at the end instead of at the beginning) RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol.9 - 4Kingdoms - 07-26-2026 Click on the hyperlink to voice your suggestion. https://subliminal-talk.com/Thread-When-Alpha-Male-7-is-finished?pid=273527#pid273527 Shannon Wrote:When Alpha Male 7 is finished… RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol.9 - Have at ye - 07-27-2026 Too bad about the workstation. Frankly, I'm amazed you've been doing this on a laptop, I'd always assumed you have a pretty hardcore workstation. Good luck with the new one! Despite all that, happy to hear DRS 6.5 G is going to be hitting the shelves soon. Just got PRA v2c. I would like to assure you... the laptop workstation I was using was... pretty seriously hardcore. It was audible in my entire house while it was working, regardless of closed doors or proximity, because the fans were so loud. It was among the most high end, hardcore laptop workstations one could buy when it was purchased in October of 2024. It absolutely destroyed the "high end computer" one of my assistants uses, which he claimed could leave it in the dust at one point not too long ago, and was stunned to discover that his own computer was not so high and mighty in comparison when we did a head to head comparison using IML's custom software on both machines. IML's production machine finished the recording run around 20 minutes faster, IIRC.It also ran, even with that kind of cooling, so hot that I needed a lap desk to hold it, as it would burn my lap during recording or rendering runs. I did not usually use it on my lap, of course, but when I had to... In hindsight, I should not have gotten a laptop workstation to begin with, but hindsight is 20/20. The new one is hard-core-er. It sure as hell had a hard core enough price tag! It has 2.5x more RAM, a newer, faster processor, handles more threads, and has an SSD that is around 2x as big and 2x as fast for read and write. I may need to upgrade the graphics card at some point of we can finally make the GPU processing work, but in either case, the new machine is a beast, and should last us 4-5 years of hard labor. With these upgrades, I may be able to run rendering and recording runs at the same time without having them drag out forever, too. I suppose we shall see. But yes... these programs, since 6G, definitely require a hardcore computer to make the processing time sane. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol.9 - Rois83 - 07-28-2026 Deleted.
