I wouldn't recommend stopping MHS now, especially since you say you're noticing it helping. It makes little sense, especially since MHS also contains detoxing.
As for the other question, the page says "This program can be used along side other subliminals. Sleep Aid is designed to be used as a sleep aid. Not as long term mind programming. It will disrupt other subs to some degree, but as long as you limit use to 2 loops per day and you don't use it every day, it should not be a big issue. (It's only 5G).
MHS has much more powerful physical detoxing in it than UD does.
