So I don't have the urge as I used to have any more, which is fantastic. But does this mean we go nofap for as long as we can? or is it ok to spank the monkey once a week? Sometimes after a heavy day of work, a fap is the best way to relax, I'm missing that. I'm not overly anxious or wound up, which is surprising. But it would be a nice to have the option. Is there anything that you could add to the upcoming versions that could alleviate this need? Or perhaps create a new program that targets this probably directly when 6G comes out? This reflects my personal experience: processing of stressful events (but also processing of the input of subs) seems to take place at night. On subs, especially DMSI, I often can feel my mind race in a half-asleep state in the morning hours before waking fully. I assume this is heavy processing/execution although someone else might think it is heavy resistance. The only thing I am going to do is prevent using sleep as an intentional escape mechanism for derailing DMSI.
