RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - UniversalMan - 10-04-2021 @Shannon still early for feedback on ME, but looks promising. (1 loop per day, hybrid format, earbuds...2 days on 1 day off) RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - CatMan - 10-05-2021 Thanks for the update, Shannon. Yeah, basically, I'm wrestling with doing ME and taking advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime downtime we have. Similar to what I've done with OF during it. I just need info on it, seems that's hard to come by before the time to decide which sub to use will occur. It's a 9 month commitment for that sub, so I need to be sure first of my choice. DMSI working in this environment I'm in here currently with this thing dragging on badly, will be far from easy as well, so I have some stuff to think about before deciding in awhile. At least the FRM element of it will fire and benefit me regardless, if I choose to go down that road. On that subject: (10-04-2021, 08:49 PM)UniversalMan Wrote: @Shannon still early for feedback on ME, but looks promising. Hey man! Can you give any exact info on what's going on and why you say it looks promising? You seem to be one of the only guys on it, so your feedback would be deeply appreciated for me, and others possibly. Thanks so much! RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - UniversalMan - 10-05-2021 (10-05-2021, 02:55 AM)CatMan Wrote: Thanks for the update, Shannon. CatMan you are more impatient than me....it is fuler, that's it....it is only 1 month, so, I really have nothing to report. I did try the earlyer version, but this efect was not so noticeable before. When I will have something concrete to report, I will. Ah, I didn't know how long you were on it, fair enough. Good to hear something may be happening anyway even at this point. Appreciate the words a lot man! All the best. I mean the whole situation the world is in right now, my area in particular is very bad. Anyway, I've used the time to listen to subs focusing on internal development, like OF/OFV2/OFV3, to prepare for the eventual return to normalcy and when I can then benefit from other subs I'd normally be using. It's also the reason I've been strongly considering ME, if I get some more info on it over the next 5 weeks or so, we'll see. Since using an external focused sub like DMSI now would be pretty difficult to make worthwhile, aside from the FRM benefits. All the best, hope you had a good birthday. Happy belated! RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - GreekGod22 - 10-05-2021 I understand. I'm just wondering. Hypothetically, if ME were to work, perhaps one could achieve enough / desired growth in 6 months, and not 9. Because, if it were to work, surely some of that growth would occur in the first 6 month. If people are planning to run the new DMSI would you advise them to now stop any other sub they are running right now in preparation? Hi Shannon, I was wondering how this does combine with what you said in your answer to Cat's post before: Quote:I suggest all the OF/FRM you can get before you do DMSI. Or in other words: How much of a pause do you suggest between the sub prior to starting the new DMSI and maybe why exactly? Thanks for elaborating! Throw it on the pile, man. Right now I am struggling to get 5.8G up and running, and get it tested in it's current configuration. It took me three tries just to build the test program, and I have to make sure this doesn't take things too far in real world testing still. This makes 5.8G significantly more complex to script, configure and build than 5.75.7G was, and it was already crazy. I have a lot on my plate, and no matter what I build, someone is going to be upset because it wasn't what they wanted me to build. Meanwhile, every step forward makes everything slow down and get harder and harder to do. Rest assured, when we get stable again, and I am not swamped in queue, we'll get to handling the sexual stuff for men. I know that there are several programs that are very important for a lot of guys in that direction. Currently, it is not possible. The best I have been able to do is create TID that is minimally disruptive. In the end, no matter what I do, 1/2=0.5. Back up was for when the program was still planning multiple updates. This is going to be the last build of the 3.x series, and the last free update, and possibly the last version of DMSI. There will be no training wheels or backups. It will either swim or it will sink, and we will move on. Besides, that is neither necessary for this version and counter to the goals of the program. Perhaps at some point I will make a subliminal to cause you "man must hunt woman" types to become super hunters or something. DMSI is about getting them to hunt you. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Shannon - 10-08-2021 (10-04-2021, 06:26 PM)dragonslayer Wrote: @Shannon I finished OFV2 on Friday September 24th, it being the day off of the cycle. If you want to achieve the program's goals, follow the instructions. If you don't mind partial results, or none, then feel free to ignore the instructions and do as you please, as most people do. Quote:I was listening to OFV2 Hybrid Ocean Surf Silent through my headphones while sleeping. That instruction is there because every release builds on things. The OFv2 is not the same technology generation as the OFv3 release, and when things change, so do the instructions. You need to understand how you respond to non-hybrid before you start using hybrid format so that you can know what is happening if hybrid is overload for you. So yes, wait on hybrid until you know how the others affect you for the specified amount of time. Quote:So it's a 5 day cycle: Day 1 = 1 loop; Day 2 = 1 loop; Day 3, 4, 5 = off ? In the beginning. Then you will make whatever adjustments are necessary to the loops, days off and days on, one variable per ASRB2 Quote:Can I start OFV3 right away instead of this Saturday October 9th? You CAN do anything you like. You SHOULD consider that there is turbulence to consider, and adjust accordingly. That is why we suggest a break between programs.
