I am wondering what is the average listening time on 5.75.5G with which people have had the greatest success.
Because I see it with OFv3 / 5.75.7G, some of us seem to benefit from more exposure(up to 4-5 loops), at least for a while.
I don't mind listening to more , I'm glad the listening time has reduced enough from 5G.
But perhaps the instructed / default listening time should be increased.

Out of curiosity- once someone discovers the appropriate volume (and/or format) for themselves on one program can that be applied to every other program they will go on to use? Or will the optimal volume/format differ for them based on the program?
I say this because just recently I have begun to realize that I have been blasting the sub way too loud for myself- and that’s probably why I haven’t been noticing overt changes/benefits through usage, mostly subtle/minor ones
I hope this isn’t resistance, but I guess time will tell- I am currently on UMS V2 S2

You need to consider the following.
- Overcoming Fear has the single most difficult goal of any subliminal ever made.
- Because it is what it is, it will be widely variable within the audience as to how much fear and how it is dealt with by that personality type.
- Starting off with what you end up using is a very bad idea with this particular program. It's like trying to accelerate a train from 0 to 100 MPH instantly. You need time to get used to the program initially, and let it work you up to needing and benefiting from more loops.
- Different people will end up needing and using different amounts of loops.
- That's why we have AutoConfig.

Yeah....USMv2....STAGE 3 is finally out...yeah...and right on time too.... the post of it on Shannon's private journal,was 45 minutes ago..... so waiting for stage 3 downloads to drop later this evening or sometime in the middle of the night.
Ben is on Aussie TIme......so they'll be here when he can get to it,in the evening. I presume.

Shannon ,of that Im shure. whew. glad its here and now you can move on to the 'other' project.
I Havent done it yet,that is UMSv2 Stage 3 but Im shure you,too,are gonna really like it Shannon,once you get there. thanks again!!
Oh one more thing...FRM 5.0 is turned OFF in Stage 3 of UMSv2 ,right???? but will be ON in stage 4,correct!?

Shannon, can you help me understand something please?
i have been feeling down and depressed, and i guessed it was a bit because of OF v3. So yesterday i said i think i need OF v3 to push this sh!t out of me. So I upped it to 5 loops (2 days on + 2 days off). I was right about my assumption.
I had a lot of nightmares and was scared sh!tless the whole night. Half way through my loops I felt this deep fear BUT i was too scared to let go. I dont know if i was sleeping or awake, i think it was one of those dreams in a dream, as in i was dreaming and thought i was awake. So it seems OF v3 knocked on the door and i was too scared to let it through.
My concern is that i "failed", i should have let go, i know i have a tough time letting go, letting go of control.
Do you think i will get another chance? How can i help OF v3 knock this out?
I wish i had gave up control yesterday. Will OF win?

Very interesting to see other people reporting 5 loops, I just finished a 7 day run, going from 3 to 5 loops the last 5 days. I actually meant to take today off but wasn't paying attention and just started them as usual.

It's my understanding that AM work towards making you discover the leader inside yourself, and when you achieved that you can consciously choose on how to express this. I'm wondering if your AM and SM work in the same way, letting you turn the attraction on and off, to your liking?

Keep going - your fears are being dug up, and if the root hasn't been pulled yet, it will. Just gotta keep on keepin' on! You're doing just fine.
