The other text fonts and such are provided by the forum software by default.. but that doesn't mean it's a good idea for everyone to be using colors and stuff that is hard on the eyes.
To be honest, it's annoying to read. I've clicked out of a lot of threads I may have otherwise been able/willing to contribute to, purely for this reason.
He's been asked nicely already by at least Wahyu to change it. I don't know why he's so obstinate. He'd probably get a lot more engagement on posts at a minimum.

It's all good now, he changed it now that i've made the rule. But I agree I had trouble reading it so didn't really engage on anything.

It still doesn't seem to be the default, normal text everyone else has.
I don't know what the fascination is with doing this, but if he used completely normal text, no doubt more people would engage.
Maybe it's bolded now or something.
I guess marginally better than before.
