My main focus is to get rid of negativity, especially my neediness towards my ex. I'm starting to really enjoy tapping, been watching quite a fair bit of Robert Smith's videos, I'm beginning to understand the concept behind it much better now.

I think it was Geodude who mentioned that the best time to tap is when the bad feeling is felt in the moment, so now I'm kinda looking forward for bad feelings to pop up, so that I can practice my tapping on it..

So parallel with learning tapping (FEFT Style), now I'm incorporating NG into my routine, I'm starting with the video 'Secret of Women', I will try to watch this on loop several times for at least 20 mins per day.

We'll see how it goes...

Thanks man. I need some guidance from you with FEFT, these past 3 weeks I've managed to reduce my neediness towards my last ex quite significantly, but the last 3-4 days the feeling of neediness is creeping back in again, I suddenly start to miss her a lot, I'm currently entering the 3rd week with Stage 6 AM 5.0, maybe this stage is pulling out a lot of negativity back to the surface again.

During my first run of AM 5.0, the same thing happened during the last 2 weeks of Stage 6, where everything starts going downhill, and I become depressed again.

Can you advice me on how to clear out this neediness with FEFT for good?

Tiesto, I'd suggest sticking with Stage 6 until the depressed/missing her a lot is handled. What have you done the last 3-4 days. Have you done at least a few hours of tapping?

Yes, I tapped, but I can't seem to shake it off, it's like the tapping is not giving me optimal effect, I suspect it is due to aiming incorrectly, but I'm just confuse at the moment at what to aim specifically, I can tap and reduce feeling of upset, but I can't get rid of this feeling of 'missing her'

It's probably the wanting to not miss her that has it locked in. try releasing on wanting not to miss her. "i release this need to not miss her...wanting to not miss her...doubt I won't miss her...happiness if I don't miss her" etc.

Yeah man I think you got the hang of it but tap until the feelings are gone and if any unwanted ones pop up just release those. The next thing you know is that those feelings of your ex girlfriend are non existent and you'll probably start attracting women getting over their previous relationships Wink.

So I have been learning quite a bit of Natural Grounding, I use the 'Secret of Women' video and watch it around 5 times in a row, to remind myself about valuing women on their natural character instead of their body and face, then I go watch the 'SNSD - Echo' video for several times in a row while seeing and visualizing them in their happy and natural state, as the result of being affected by my masculine presence. I don't get emotional and cry, but the emotion I get instead is happiness and a smile. Doing NG helps with neediness more than tapping. For me tapping is better to get rid of feeling of being upset and angry, but NG is better for neediness, because I visualize myself being pursued by all these girls getting all happy and excited seeing me. I also incorporate affirmation to remind myself of important things on how I should act and do things.

Now I remind myself with affirmation not to want, need, or expect anything from anyone, especially towards women. I also avoid playing power games, and thinking negatively.

My ex has been asking my help to take her cat to the vet, before I didn't want to do it, because I was thinking negatively about her, I thought she was just going to manipulate and use me, but after re-framing my point of view, I see her as just a friend, someone who cares about her pet, and needed my help, and I love cats too, so there is no reason I shouldn't go and help her.

So I picked her up and her cat, then go to the vet, I remind myself that I don't want anything from her, and every time she tries to play games on me, I just ignore her, and don't let anything she said affect me at all. At the vet, another one of her ex called her on the phone, I did get slightly upset and jealous at first, but then I re-frame the way I see things and I just let it go, and let her talk or spend time with any guy she wants.

I remind myself that I am full of abundance, I give her help and I treat her well, because I can, not as a manipulation tactic so that I get something in return from her. So after from the vet, we went to my house, I gave her something to eat, we chat, while maintaining my view that I've trained through NG, seeing her in her natural state without wanting anything from her. Then we went to my room, she was all over me, then we end up having sex. But even after we had sex I continue to remind myself, not to expect her to get back with me as my girlfriend, I simply let her be and do whatever she wants, if the next day she goes and have sex with another guy or another one of her ex, I won't let it affect me, because I'm not expecting or wanting loyalty/exclusivity or anything else from her.

Geodude's method of combining AM 5.0, FEFT, Affirmations, and NG+Visualization, works really well. I'm still new at all these other methods, but I will continue to learn more and more.

I will end AM 5.0 on the 26th of December 2013, then I will take a week break then try out the new FYPJ 5G on the 1st of January 2014.

Bro you have really come a long way! You definitely have the Alpha Male "it is what it is" mentality going for yourself now. To be able to squash those feelings of jealousy and bitterness and to move on is admirable. I'm really happy to see the positive effect AM has had on you.
