The best way to run AM is to stop trying to focus on women and focus internally, on your self development while you're running the program. Women, sex, romance are all just a distraction that will detract from your potential results. I deleted the dating apps from my phone. I'll start up the dating apps in March when I'm done with AM7. I'll just focus on myself and go build community, etc. RE: AM7 Stage 0 - Sky - 10-19-2026 I'm going to be done with Stage 4 at the end of this month. I have to say, I have more clarity than ever in my path in life. I know my career path and what I want to do, so I'm doing a career switch due to swallowing the bitter pill of realization, and I am eating plant-based meat as a vegan fitness machine and doubling down on it. Lifting first, then eating Seitan, Tofu, Tempeh, and Braised BBQ Jackfruit for satiety, and alternating between those 3 plant based meat sources with braised BBQ Jackfruit being ordered from Amazon and added to my diet soon along with Tempeh. I've been alternating everyday between Tofu and Seitan. I know where I'm moving as well, hopefully getting closer to my final destination of settling down and planting roots in a place. I have been more genuinely happy than ever. This is no small part of halving my medication dosage with my doctor through proper monitoring of my mood, energy, thoughts, and actions. I didn't know I could lower my medication until almost a decade into my health journey. It's been a wild ride. @Shannon Thank you so much. I reached this clarity through proper contemplation, action, and support from AM7. Can't wait for more. RE: AM7 Stage 0 - Shannon - 10-19-2026 Careful with the seitan. That's a LOT of gluten. It can have some negative effects on some people's brains. RE: AM7 Stage 0 - Sky - 10-19-2026 (10-19-2026, 12:17 PM)Shannon Wrote: Careful with the seitan. That's a LOT of gluten. If I notice any sensitivity, I'll monitor it to see if diet changes need to be made, but as for now, I haven't seen any issues. Also, I'll be eating it once every three days or even 4 with adding jackfruit in for variety, but I don't foresee any issues. Once again, thank you for the concern.
