Ive replied there and ill give it a shot. Incase you didnt have time to read the reply I asked a question that ill paste here for you. I dont mean to have this "self delusion" and not on purpose. I also dont know where it HAS worked for me so far. yes im exhibiting types of resistance, 4 - 5 types of resistances but I cant say it has worked yet in terms of fear as I haven't noticed any of my fears being lessened or removed or anything for me to say it has worked. Im journalling daily giving data that I myself cant see for sure when or how the sub has worked, so unsure what you mean when you said it works. I know others also are saying it is working for me but im unsure where myself as its fears im dealing with and fears im looking at for certainty it is working. I will go onto hybrid then mate and give that a shot, thank you. Sorry for the trouble. But the question remains, what volume for hybrid? 13/15 is what you had me on for US. I assume for hybrid though its whatever is tolerable for the mask to be heard comfortably? Hmm this creates a dilemma for me regarding which program to run after OF V3. UMS 2.0 or E5? I am leaning towards the latter but we will see! So I will wait! Ha RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Zeroxmachina - 07-24-2021 (07-20-2021, 02:59 PM)fab10 Wrote:Quote:Unlocking previous subs? Wow that's great news.Ya, that caught my eye too. I have about 5 years of DMSI programming at this point, and I can say that unlocking is not really the right word. But it's not the wrong word, either. I notice the interest spike in terms of stuff like online dating sites but I wouldn't say the aura or the need is there. It's more like it probably frees up the resources your subconscious would usually be using to reinforce certain fears and applies them to other programming to an extent. In my humble opinion. It does not mean that effects that require constant exposure to remain operational (such as an aura) will suddenly be free energy devices. Whatever is still running of previous subs will not be stopped by fear. That is what unlocking previous subs means. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Wiseg9999 - 07-24-2021 hi, can i try 4 loops of OF v3, 2 days on and 2 days off? (currently on 3 loops) not feeling anything. thanks for suggestions. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - LionMonkey - 07-26-2021 Hey Shannon Three questions: 1) For those of us who use music players that doesn't support FLAC. I googled that you can convert FLAC to ALAC easily, without losing quality. Can you recommend that? Reason I'm asking is the other music player I use for FLAC takes a huge toll on battery usage compared to the native music player. 2) Sooner or later, you gotta find a baseline to run OF v3 on no? The more popular subliminals get, the more people will use them. Leading to more questions specificly about usage pattern and time of the 5.75.7G subs And you only have so much time to read and reply to everyone. As it is supposed to be unique to every individual? I'm curious how you did the testing of the effectiveness of the 5.75.7G subs and why the standard is set as it is with 1-2 loops for 2 days and 3 days off, and so on... 3) If one should go for intuition, I feel I could handle much more loops, like I feel 4 hours (by mistake) the first night was near the edge of what I felt good about. So I'm thinking - today is my 3rd day OFF and tonight I'm looping again for the next 2 days but instead of going 2 loops, I feel like 4-6 loops would be good testing grounds. What do you think about that? Should I trust intuition/feeling this early in the new sub usages? Thx!! -LM RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Habib - 07-26-2021 Hi @Shannon I'm currently listening to OF 3 and I have a couple questions about auto config. First, how does it work or how does it affect the user? I've been listening to trickling masked since the beginning. But for some reason, I had the urge to listen to 3 loops in US format before going to bed last night. I can more or less understand about the 3 loops part. My question would be "why US format?". Is auto config responsible for this? Can it demand a particular format to listen to like this or is it just me being weird? The second one would be what would happen if I were to neglect auto config and stick to the recommended listening pattern for my entire run? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Kol - 07-26-2021 @Shannon what is your overall policy regarding video posts? I mean, having videos in your journal. Is it discouraged, whats the general protocol? I can imagine it being heavy on the servers, so im sort of try to minimalize it, frankly out of fear of exactly that, serverload. If that still doesn't do it, start adding days on. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Shannon - 07-26-2021 (07-26-2021, 05:47 AM)LionMonkey Wrote: Hey Shannon If you haven't read this: https://subliminal-talk.com/Thread-New-audio-format-request Then do so now. It's better to use the MP3 than to transcode it for those reasons, if you're not willing to use the FLAC. Quote:2) Sooner or later, you gotta find a baseline to run OF v3 on no? The goal is to have AutoConfig set course for each individual. But I do calculate starting points for the instructions. 5.75.7G is such new technology that we had to start very low to make sure it wasn't overkill. I'm trying to adjust to the patterns I see resulting from my instructions. In the near future, I'm going to make the AutoConfig much more powerful so it works for pretty much everyone. Testing is mostly done using my predictive models. There is no way I could reliably test these things with people alone anymore, given the general unreliability of testers, the scarcity of people suitable for testing and the impossibility of me overseeing testing in person to catch misunderstandings and misconceptions that the tester may have. I have only a very small handful of human testers who have proven reliable. Testing using only humans would immediately grind our progress to a halt because the testing would require 6 to 18 months for each title and each advancement I make at this point, and that's not to say we would only have to wait that long because the development requires months too. The standard is set also by the predictive models as a starting point which will not overwhelm those who are unfamiliar with 5.75.7G and which can be adjusted from if necessary, while still being effective for most people. Quote:3) If one should go for intuition,I feel I could handle much more loops, like I feel 4 hours (by mistake) the first night was near the edge of what I felt good about. What do you think about that? Should I trust intuition/feeling this early in the new sub usages? Thx!! -LM The AutoConfig isn't your intuition. It giving you instructions is coming from some of the same parts that govern your intuition, but the AutoConfg is not intuition or "psychic guidance". It's designed to cause your cooperative subconscious to figure out the optimal usage patterns for you and communicate that to your conscious mind through urges and desires to do those things. You can move up to 4x a day on, but first you should make sure you're not using too many days off per ASRB2 cycle. For some people 3 days off is too much. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Shannon - 07-26-2021 (07-26-2021, 07:48 AM)Habib Wrote: Hi @Shannon I'm currently listening to OF 3 and I have a couple questions about auto config. AutoConfig uses the cooperative parts of your own subconscious mind to find the best usage settings for you regarding the title you're using in order to achieve the program's goals. It then communicates these instructions to the conscious mind through urges and desires. When you get these urges, follow them. As to your question, "Why ultrasonic?" I can only guess because I am not your subconhscious mind. Ultrasonic offers a very good option for presenting the instructions in a forceful - but not too forceful - manner. Perhaps its volume will hit the right parts of your subconscious mind; perhaps the volume hits at the right level of perceptory pressure to push through resistance. Perhaps other things. But yes, that does sound like AutoConfig. It can find all of the right variables needed, including loops, days on, days off, volume, format, etc. Whichever variables are most importsnt, it will figure out and then communicate to the conscious mind. If you ignore autoconfig, then you're not going to get as good an outcome, presuming you're experiencing AutoConfig. (Which I think you are.) Video posts become problematic because they tend to require more time, and that makes moderating them more difficult. They also require a lot more space, as you say, and this is a forum, not YouTube. We don't have an issue with video posts, as long as you abide by the rules of the forum within them, but you should keep them as short as possible. In general, unless you have some reason why you need to use a video post as opposed to text, you should prefer text. Video posts are useful for expressing emotion better, demonstrating things, and sharing things which are better expressed through visual or action oriented media. |
