I Know one damn thing Shannon,speaking of Marriage,that you can be married on 'paper' and not in the heart.
Personally though I'll never get married legally again or illegally for that matter( not the case when I was married:-)

Even if it's just regular relationships, I assume the two souls involved must have known about it and agreed to do it before birth, since it's such an important thing? Is marriage and death pre-planned? In the book Many lives, Many Masters, patients doing past life regression can recognize regular people from their life in their past lives. So I think people in our close circle are part of the same soul group that has incarnated many times together, playing different roles.

That's the sub.
I find working for short periods of time and then taking short breaks works well for me too when I'm doing long, tedious and or exhausting work.

Im super happy!! I wondered if waking up straight after the 4hour mark was the sub in some way too and then the dream made me think as well lol
Lastnight I woke up 4 times and had 4 dreams. Dont remember them though sadly but I know they were cool. Must be the sub?
Im finally getting there with the subs mate!!! cant believe it but still considering increasing the loops to see if I get even more.
Yeah im currently on my 5mins break and after replying here will chip away at my journal update in the 5mins breaks lol its finally starting for me

Shannon as you are talking about twinflames
well ever since i got to that subject at the start of the year
lets just say my life has gone crazy to say the least.
and not exactly in the the most pleasent ways.
basicly had the weirdest experiences possible.
but more than that non stop emotional pains coming up
like everything from the past is coming up on its own.
now that would be fine and all but the intensity of my emotions went up around 5 fold.
so really my question is will E5 be able to help with this, and will it be gentle enough?
especially now that i can litterly feel all my chakra centers and even the lightest off balance is rather noticable.
I don't want to get into much more detail publicly as they are rather private.
but basicly
do you think it can help, without bringing everything to the surface

Sorry to pop in....but if you are really expiriencing this, there is nothing wrong with older titles....have you listened to E4 or LTU5 or 6 (I forgot what was the last version)?

Well so far im listening to Aura of Love as it seems fitting (this one im wondering if it actually effects your counterpart too considering the shared energy field and all)
but mostly cause Overcoming fear 1 that i used to listen to became to hard to listen to
it removes other fears really well. but tends to blow my emotions up like a balloon lately
probably because its more trauma based
so i was always planning to run overcoming fear 3 but haven't as my situation changed so heavily
before that i was listening to LTU6 and i kinda do wanna listen to stage 7 again
but unfortunately im on some medication now to dampen the anxiety that goes with this new experience
so the detox module this time isn't my friend
hence i was asking about the upcoming E5

I have concluded that legal marriage makes no sense for me, as well. Especially considering how messed up marriage and family law actually is in the United States right now, and how biased the courts are by default.

Assumption is the mother of all fuck-ups, as they say. In some cases, a soul will know at the soul level before birth, and in others they will not. It depends on the specifics of the chosen major and minor life lessons, goals and challenges. Sometimes, not knowing is the only way to really learn the lessons chosen.
Marriage and death can be pre-planned, but is not always. In fact I would presume, based on what I have been able to determine, that it either is only rarely pre-determined, or such information is only rarely known to the soul until the life in question ends.
The concept of soul groups is correct, but that doesn't mean you necessarily know everything that's going to happen in a given life, even at the soul level.

There are several sources I have found to be useful and mostly to highly accurate, including:
Many Lives, Many Masters
any book by Dr. Michael Newton - Excellent sources. Extremely accurate.
Books on past life and between life regressions by Dolores Canon. (She has some pretty far-out stuff sometimes, and some of it is very difficult to read if you're committed to your current world view. Her work is very much requiring an open mind to get through, but there is a lot of hidden gem material in there as well.)
The Seth Material
The Michael material
There are others as well, but I don't remember them all.

Waking up just as the sub ends is too coincidental to be a coincidence in my opinion. Waking up 4 times in one night when that is not your norm sounds like it could be the sub.
Do complete ASRB2 cycles at a time. Don't just increase loops whenever you want. I also suggest you should get to know the effects of each level better if you're experiencing results. More than one cycle at that level. Once again, more and harder is not always better. Pushing too hard and too fast breaks things. That is why I am so cautious.

I can't say what it will or will not do before I have even started working on it, nor what it will or will not do for any particular person. I don't have enough information. I can tell you it's going to be a quantum leap above E4 in power and have a significantly increased capability relative to E4, as well.

So let me get this straight. You got results from OF v1, and you don't want to use OF3 or LUTv6 because you're taking meds for anxiety control, when OF3 would target the source instead of just masking it? That makes no sense to me. If I were you, I'd be on OFv3 and not on the meds. But that's just me.
E5 is also potentially going to be a very good choice, since it will deal much more thoroughly with trauma than before.
