This morning, the pain was influencing my dreams and woke me up 4 hours before I would have awakened otherwise.  I had to have a protein shake for breakfast, no chewing, and took a couple ibuprophen and started using GPR-P18 Elwood.  The pain was at about a 6-6.5 when I started.

Previously, when I have taken a couple of ibuprophen, the pain will go down to a 3-4.  On the edge of tolerable, but still distracting.

But add in GPR and my pain is at a 1.  I can forget it's there.

What a nice surprise!  Too bad this will screw up my OF run.

@Shannon was this post for here or for your own journal bro? just read it so wondering incase youre tired and didnt see. Smile

I've just downloaded UMS2 and was wondering if 137 MB sounds right?
1:00:00 of listening time?
Just making sure I've got the right length.

That is correct. But you can compare the hash values.

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - CatMan - 06-20-2021

@Shannon , can MHS affect rheumatoid arthritis, schizoaffective disorder, damage from cancer surgery including the partial removal of a lung, COPD or a stroke, hearing loss requiring hearing aids, vision loss requiring glasses, cataracts, glaucoma? Just curious as to the limits that have been observed so far with that program.

With the poll suggesting it could possibly be on the horizon, I'm just curious about those specific ailments. Feedback on that would be fantastic, thanks!

No feedback or data on any of those things for the latest version, to the best of my recollection right now.  But it wouldn't matter regardless because the current version is going to be significantly different from the next version.

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Superman - 06-20-2021

@Shannon is there a format you recommend for UMS2 or an updated guide to selecting a format.

I know there are loose rules based on fear or resistance, but someone could be running up against those and not even know it.

I know I'm the type of person who doesn't like to be told what to do by my parents, but at the same time I do well when I'm pushed or encouraged by others.

So based on the first part I would say masked is better, but based on the second part maybe ultrasonic or hybrid. But then if I run into resistance then what?

First try Ultrasonic at a volume at which Trickling Stream is comfortable to listen to, or Ocean Surf if you prefer that.  Use that for at least one ASRB2 cycle.  If you find yourself experiencing obvious signs of resistance, try Masked.  Don't use Hybrid unless and until both of the other two formats have proven not to work.
