RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Theron - 01-02-2020
@Shannon
I have been using DMSI since past few years and jumped on UMS from the time it came. While running these two programs I came across something interesting.
When I was running DMSi, I was getting a few scenes in my dreams on a repeated basis. I cannot recall the exact sequence. But it had to do with choosing one specific route to get to a particular place. And another one about going to a place which is hard to reach. The scenes were almost always the same.
With UMS, I am getting a scene of stopping by a super cheap hotel to eat when it is very cold and late at night. Its a filthy place, but had awesome food that I like. Rats would be running around, but no one else who was eating there seems to mind them.
Again, the set of imagery has come on many many occasions. In December I took a break from USM and played DMSI for a while and the first set (mentioned above) came back. When I restarted USM, the second set of scenes came back.
Till now, I did not know there was a connection between these scenes and the subs.
But the switch between first and second is very consistent and only in hindsight I could see the co-relation.
So now, my question, Do you use storytelling within the instruction set? Because my mind seems to go in a particular route depending on what I am listening to.
I really hope we come to a phase where we can run DMSi and UMS simultaneously.

UMS in its current version will be $114.95 until the final price for 5.75G is calculated. Then it along with all other 5.75G programs will go to the new price. When the new price will arrive I'm not sure. It will depend on when I am not having so much trouble with the stability of the models. Right now I'm more interested in producing the programs I need to make than spending that time trying to raise prices. So enjoy the discount while you can.
Thanks im running MHS 5.75 now.. thats why i asked how much longer UMS will be discounted.
How long have you been using MHS? What are you using it for? What do you think of it so far?

I don't reveal how I do what I do, so I can't answer that question. But given my current understanding, it seems really unlikely that we will ever be able to run DMSI and UMS at the same time.

1. Chemo damage, i dont know what but i probably have some and before the side effect kick in better to run this.
2. General health, after my cancer experience and chemo in 2019 - i guess i need some healing through the whole body. My cancer is linked to a virus called EBV. Also, there is some argument that cancers are genetic diseases - so i will be running the full 7 loops.
3. Hair loss - genetic disease?
4. My right ear always give pressure, I am a DJ ive always had problems with pressure and tinitus. Again - this is genetic i believe AND could be linked to the nasty EBV virus. Why some DJs even Dj more than me and have no ear problems.
5. Back pain - i have had back pain for several years. Its not pain but rather strain stress that goes away with massages etc.
I dont do drugs or alcohol anymore. I eat very healthy about 80%+ plant based
Ive been listening for 2 nights. I dont think anything of it yet. And certainly havent experienced anything on your scale.
the right ear pressure is gone, hearing is sloly normalising and getting balanced between both ears. note this has healed on its own before. Tinitus is still there.
Back feels different during listening.
In both cases I noticed that i could feel something life my body stretching or healing. Definetly on the ear
I went to the gym today and noticed that my shoulder was still in pain. I mustve twisted it a few days ago. I was suprised it was still in pain as I thought MHS would have dealt with it. Then i thought maybe it handles one problem at a time.
How long should i run MHS for?

Keep in mind, MHS does not heal you. It causes your natural healing abilities to maximize for speed and capacity of healing. So the fact that it healed on its own in the past means you're benefiting from MHS on that now.
MHS is not "instant healing speed". Depending on what's wrong, two days of use is probably not enough to see a lot of difference regardless. It is still working with flesh, and flesh takes time to heal. What we are doing is causing the process to go as quickly as is possible.
So far I have been using the program for right around two weeks, and today is the first time I have seen a really obvious improvement in my response when presented with airborne irritants. There is a pizza restaurant my uncle likes to go to for family lunch, and they always have crushed red pepper dust, garlic dust and vaporized fat particles in the air, which triggers my cough. Last time I was there was a couple days after starting MHS. Today my girlfriend commented on how much better I did with coughing this time. Flesh takes time, and how much time depends on what is wrong.
You should use it for 3 months and then assess what progress you have made.
Hair loss isn't a disease. It is a genetic condition, and MHS isn't intended to solve that issue. If it does, I will be pleasantly surprised. But when you start feeling drained, you'll know that MHS is doing something serious. And if you went through chemotherapy, you will probably feel that drain.
Congrats on making it through cancer. Hopefully the next version of MIR will be able to help your immune system find and kill the EB virus.

There's 30 minutes of primary ASRB breaks during each loop (90 minute loops). You should be able to find time to pee or get a drink without breaking ASRB.

Wait a minute... maybe there is something that I have never fully understand.
I thought that the primary ASRB break was basically an implementation detail and you couldn't really tell when you are inside it because it is 30 minutes of audio simply not containing any subliminals.
Are you suggesting that each loop playback should be spaced by 30 minutes? How do you program that within a MP3 player, lets say VLC?

Download audacity and you can see where there´s audio and where there isn't. Anyway the asbr gives you that same information.

Yes, it is 30 minutes of audio not containing subliminals while the masking track is still playing.
You can tell when they occur because they always occur at the same time during playback. So you can go do your thing at these intervals.
If uncertain, most audio software has some sort of visualization "show playback frequency range" functionality, so f. in. I can tell that there's a break in the subliminal input when using the hybrid tracks in Foobar because the thingy stops showing the ultrasonic frequency range.
No, you don't need additional breaks between the loops. Play them back to back.

From the MHS v2 product description:
"This program uses a special technology known as the Audio to Silence Balance Ratio (ASRB) that builds in short periods of silence (in this case, 15 minutes for every 30 minutes of audio)..."
So the fifteen minutes of silence runs from the 30 minute mark to the 45 minute mark, and from the 1 hour 15 minute mark to the 1 hour 30 minute mark (the very end of one loop.)

Just to clairify - should the sub be used in these 28 days per ASRB2 or 6 loops *every day* for 28 days?
I think that is something I may have missed during editing. I will update that shortly. For regular maintenance, you would simply use the program for a month according to the standard non-genetic issue instructions: 5 days on, 3 days off, 6 loops per day.
