The page is hidden until Shannon works out the usage details, so will be back up and launched when he has figured those out.

Yes, now that the files have been uploaded, I know better than to ask you guys to not use it before the usage patterns have been calculated.  There's always someone who's just gotta jump in and screw things up regardless.  I am working on the second set of instructions now, for those who do not need to use Stage 0 to be ready to run the rest of the set and make real progress with it, but who want to run it anyway.  With any luck, that'll be finished in 2 hours or less, and I can publish it then.

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol.9 - racktree - 02-17-2026

Congratulations on the new release Shannon.

I apologize if I am asking questions which were already answered. I find it difficult to find answers by searching in general.

Q1. I have been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and it is obvious I am experiencing it, it cannot be a misdiagnosis. I was thinking about getting on the new PRA title in order to help me with that. However I have been waiting for a new AM for ages. Should I jump on Stage 0 or forget about it for now and go with PRA? Is it better to do PRA first (1-2 cycles) and then move to Stage O of AAM?

Q2. What will the cost of each stage for AAM be (the Q i think might have been answered but couldn't locate)?

Thank you

Shannon is best to answer the first question. What is the extent of the anxiety so that he has more information?

But for the second, $650 a stage as Stage 0 is.

Thanks Benjamin.

The last few months (since November), my anxiety has shot up from what had been my constant for years, around 3 to 4 out of 10, to sometimes even 8 to 9 out 10. I manage to lower it in the moment with various practices, but it’s taking too much time, energy, and effort. When I stop the practices or get busy with other obligations, it comes back full-blown. I’m not even sure if I’m making any real progress.

On a physical level, I started noticing indigestion, hair loss, and difficulty breathing. These symptoms also occur during the day while I’m alone working in the office without any stressors, which makes me think it might be more than just social anxiety disorder. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find the right specialists to give me a full picture. I had my hormones and some other possible causes checked, and the results came back normal.

@Shannon

Stage 0 looks really good. Ultra Success is another sub i really enjoyed, and I hoped you'd infuse it into AM7. Very nice!

I'm tempted to run it the full four months.

Will the Stage 0 through 7 pre-order page be ready today?

This level of anxiety and responses to it is an indication that you need to seek professional help before you worry about running my programs.  Once you have professional help, then come see me.  Until then, it would be wrong for me to recommend you use either of those.  I am not professionally qualified to be who you rely on for anxiety levels that high without having professional help taken care of first.

I don't know.  That will depend on how long I sleep, when I finally do.  I's 6:25 am here and I have been working literally all day and all night. I also need a break. Between how hard I have been piushing myself and being sick I need some time to rest. So probably betwen 1 and 5 days.

I concur, anxiety of 8-9/10 is a serious thing and I would also recommend professional help, quite possibly a psychiatrist (who's probably going to introduce anti-anxiety medication) and a therapist with experience in anxiety treatment (best to ask your psychiatrist if they're any good - they'll know people).

Then, once that is in order, I'd personally go for PTRA in lieu of AM7 Stage 0 - as far as I can tell, PTRA has a way more gentle pace of healing and OGSF than what's promised in Stage 0 (which is a boot camp by design) and is focused on healing and healing only.

We will probably also get a 6G Anxiety Relief Aid down the line as well, so abandon not hope.

Thanks for the reply Shannon.

I understand and do not expect any further replies. Just for the sake of clarity regarding what is already going on, I did seek professional help. The closing words of the first specialist were “Stop stressing and be present,” and the other said, “Stay on the pills”. The pills do work as long as I take them, but they also give me a lot of side effects (which the doctors are aware of and seem to not care). I am now at a point where I either need to figure this out myself or travel abroad to seek help from other reputable specialists.

What are the side effects you're getting from the pills, and what is the specific drug and prescribed dose?
