Switched (again) to Masked format, which I'll be using till I decide to stop with OSC. At this point, I don't see myself motivated to continue running it past the end of June.

I’ve been thinking lately how much our mental health is governed not just by our levels of confidence, self worth, subconscious beliefs, but also by our physiology. Conditions such as intestinal dysbiosis, SIBO, histamine intolerance, can cause depression, anxiety, rumination low self worth.
I’ve been struggling with it for years. In this situation, no matter how much my internal beliefs change, my physiology will set me back.
We are our body more than we are our mind.

I wonder how many folks don’t realise this, who have mental issues, and live with chronic systemic low level inflammation, and think their mind is broken, but it’s actually their body.

How much can a subliminal overpower a broken physiology, lack of neurotransmitters? I’m wondering this too. My belief is that it can’t do much.

If you are healthy and in a vibrant state of health, and with high testosterone and still have mental issues, Then you can say that it’s your mind and beliefs. But if you can’t consider yourself in peak health, then you’d be better off working on that than focusing on mental health practices.

Today was my last day of OSC. Almost 3 and a half months of usage. The most notable change that I noticed was big reduction in my interest of using PMO/ porn as a means of emotional escapism. That one seems to be a lasting change.
