Hmm ... then I will have to cut the 40 Hz sessions out. I remember one of your posts several years ago detailing your alpha/theta suspicion correlating ADD/ADHD and media consumerism. It was eye-opening for me. Thanks for the heads up.

Can you direct me to which post exactly you talking about?
I am facing problems with concentration mainly because of the media (phones TV etcetc)
