Lesson duly noted. I now choose to drop this label from my sense of identity. Thank you for that. I appreciate what you just told me. Thanks very much! RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - Benjamin - 10-17-2019 All good, glad you understood. RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - EvolvingPhoenix - 10-18-2019 Day 7 of carpetbombing. Just waking up, tired as hell. That's not a good sign. Fuckin resistance. Bloom begins tomorrow. We'll see if anything noteworthy occurs. RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - EvolvingPhoenix - 10-18-2019 Been using this for almost 2 months. It disappoints me I haven't made more progress. Still, I've made some. So that's good. RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - Ale - 10-18-2019 Some progress is better than no progress! Always try to see the positive side of things my friend Hang in there and be consistent, you will see your desired results eventually. RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - EvolvingPhoenix - 10-18-2019 Thanks for the support, Ale. I AM doing better than I was before I started. I'm at least generally more positive, optimistic and ambitious. So that's an important internal change at least. Now to start actually MAKING MONEY nah'msayin? RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - Shannon - 10-18-2019 How about you first consider what an amazing fact it is that you were able to stonewall for most of that time, and recently the program has broken through your ability to do that? How about you consider that to stonewall a program like this requires an incredible amount of willpower and strength and energy, and for it to be able to make progress regardless means it's just a matter of time? How about you consider that change takes time, and that your conscious and subconscious selves are all part of the same YOU, so you should be kind, understanding and patient with yourself? Gratitude and appreciation are vastly more powerful for achieving your goals in life than you would imagine. Those are ALL good points Shannon. Thank you for sharing that. RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - Paul1131 - 10-18-2019 (10-18-2019, 06:08 AM)EvolvingPhoenix Wrote: Been using this for almost 2 months. We each go at our own pace. Celebrate what you’ve done, give yourself credit, and you’ll probably get more of it. RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - EvolvingPhoenix - 10-19-2019 Day 1 of bloom. Got to sleep in today, so I'm feeling well rested. We'll see if I notice anything noteworthy today. RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - EvolvingPhoenix - 10-19-2019 Another "down" day. Same old issues resurfacing. A sense of Oneitis over my exfriend. Feeling like I'll never find anybody as good. Thinking I might never find a way to reconcile. I keep telling myself "Never mind the past. It's all about the present, and I can create whatever present I want for myself" but I don't fully feel convinced of that. I've got a lot of healing to do and a lot of learning regarding manifestation techniques. RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - Infinite - 10-19-2019 I don't know if this has already been said on your journal. Try to think about your future as you would like it to be. When thoughts about that girl come, put the brakes on and think about the future that you would like to have instead. I know it won't seem easy because your feelings are involved, but if you keep thinking about those thoughts then the feelings will continue. Instead of feeding the thoughts that are bringing you down, think about the future that you want to create for yourself. Instead of thinking that you might never find a way to reconcile, think about ways to actually reconcile. Thinking about a solution to the problem will help you to succeed in that area. I am wavering some days between being positive and thinking I can change things the way I want to and on other days feeling hopeless. Today, I've been feeling discouraged. But I'll find a way to turn it around, I'm sure! Here’s something that helped me get through my oneitis. Make up a woman, don’t use anyone who actually exists. Fill in looks, personality, everything you can. Now for a while imagine yourself having a healthy relationship that makes you happy with her. Then do it again, but with a different imaginary woman. That gets you used to the idea that there are many possibilities out there for you, and that many of them could make you happy. I didn’t do any major formal meditation or visualization thing with that, I just daydreamed a little to sidetrack it when I thought of my ex. You can do that with friends or whatever too. |
