Thanks, I needed something like the second video.. i'm sick of seeing that bs everywhere and even so called 'mens coaches' teaching men to be weaker.
Unfortunately though the first video goes against rule 4.

Yeah I liked that part to. Men nhave the same need of empowerment as women do right now (and always in fact). I think JBP formulate his thoughts well on that subject.

I like Dr, Peterson and was big on following him for quite a bit. I don't listen to him much anymore, as I feel I got the general gist of what he preaches. Also I don't like being reminded how far from together my shit is.

The debate was pretty fun. Entertaining and educational, lol. It went pretty much the way I though it would - these two are, essentially, in agreement on a great many things, but Zizek's been actually trying to pull a fast one on Peterson throughout to try and "broaden his horizons", so to speak, haha. He does that.
It was also very interesting to see how a hardcore Lacanian psychoanalyst (so Zizek) would try to discuss various psychological aspects of "happiness" with a clinical psychologist who likes to apply Jung's concepts in psychotherapy (so Peterson).
Interested parties can find it on youtube, just search for "Petereson vs Zizek".
Then again, if you know the works of these two, they did not come up with anything new during the debate, I believe.

I used to be more engrossed in his works but I take it in smaller doses these days.
