RE: TLAM Lotto winner - Shannon - 09-07-2018 Yes, imagine how insulting it would be to you if you were the content creator to have someone come along and start posting on the forum you offer to talk about your programs about how they pirated a copy of a program you made. TLAM might not have anti-piracy code in it, but by pirating anything we create, you will trigger the anti-piracy code in whatever has it until you make the situation right. TLAM isn't very expensive, and as it seems, you've already won most of the cost of that program. Much better to pay for these programs than to pirate them. We make sure of that. And the anti-piracy code gets better with each release. By the way, both of you have tripped the AP code since illegally sharing is just as much piracy as accepting or using a pirated copy, so both of you need to make things right to avoid the effects of the AP code. RE: TLAM Lotto winner - Freckles - 09-07-2018 I copied the acronym. I paid for TLAM a few years ago. I haven't listened to it yet. I'm not a pirate. Especially DMSI RE: TLAM Lotto winner - Freckles - 09-08-2018 Won another two sixth division prizes of $12.65 in the Saturday Gold lotto last night. Nearly got back what I paid for the ticket minus $4.00. Felt tired yesterday after listening. Had an awesome dream. I was in a old school Landrover on the left hand side backseat and my Dad was in front seat shot gun position. Someone else was driving I didn't recognize. We were all facing forward in car but something felt different and it took me a while to realize we were going backwards. He was driving in reverse doing 100 clicks down the freeway. I thought this blokes a good driver. I asked Dad where we were going and he said to an amusement park. We stopped near a bridge and then walked down into a deep dry river bed and walked to another bridge then climbed up the enbankment. I seen a ferris wheel and then I was laying down on grass and noticed I had blue denim jeans on and a baby shit colored jacket. I thought why am I wearing this jacket. I then looked over into the distance and there was a bloke bouncing on a trampoline onto a wall trampoline then over to a bungee cord that bounced him up to a bucket object. Then I was pushing a midnight blue coloured BMX bike with a flat Tyre so I went to the servo to pump it up but couldn't find a air hose so went inside the servo but no service attendant and came back outside and someone was just about to steal my BMX. He dropped it then walked past a wall and said something and then his mate came out and started pushing me. He had an agitated look on his face. His face was white with light pink cheeks and a bum fluff moustache. That's all I remember. RE: TLAM Lotto winner - Shannon - 09-08-2018 (09-07-2018, 01:17 PM)Freckles Wrote: I copied the acronym. Lotto was a hobby of mine from 21 to 28 years old. I wrote some of the most advanced lotto software around, and then the compiler (VB5/6) couldn't handle the complexity of the code anymore. I use Xojo now, but it would take me years to rebuild that program, and finish it. But I did figure out a complex series of logical steps that would reduce the number of combinations you must sift though to get a jackpot a LOT. There were two methods; one was in the end unworkable for creating as software, but when it worked, it dropped the necessary number pool from 53 to as little as 17. The other was workable, but so complex that I never finished the software before the compiler crapped out. I think it was partly because I wasn't using modules properly, and partly because some of the logic was too complex. When that happened, I just put it down. Did not have the time or patience to rebuild it, and the right compiler didn't show itself to me for almost 2 decades after that. But that said, I know a thing or two about the lottery. And I know that you would be much better served with USLM when picking your numbers pool. Truthfully I'd like to help you recreate this program (either in C++, PHP, or JavaScript) if you'd let me. And I'm not even sure I have the source code intact anymore. It may have to be re-built from scratch.
