RE: Life Tune-Up after AM6 run - AJK - 08-12-2015 Thanks for the resource! I don't know if you ran the math for me, but I ran the Casey Calculator for natural bodybuilding. I determined that my target bodyweight at 8% bf is between 5 - 7 lbs under aggressive and 7 - 10 lbs under aggressive at 9% bf, i.e. it is readily achievable without the need for steroids. If I hit between 162 to 165 lbs at 7-9%bf or 166 to 169 at 10-12% bf, I don't think that would be something to sneeze at either. As I'm already, 160 lbs at about 12%, I anticipate that I have about a year to a year and half of training to go either way.
