RE: FluffyBunny's AM6 Journal - FluffyBunny - 09-30-2015

I have 6 more days left in stage 5.
I feel very indifferent and kind of just dont rly care much about other ppl lol. at the same time i do. but i dont haha. i seem to be in a neutral mood all the time. not reacting much...
not overly depressing over thing... and not overly happy about things either..

Im still suffering from a upper spine to neck pain... I dont know what it is cant slove it for over 3 years.
originally i injured it through pulling my neck forward too fast
now When ever i work out or life anything heavy. or even just doing push ups and situps

that upper part of my spine/neck would get sore/painful like inflame...
seems like to me is some sort of muscle problem in either the neck or the upper back but idk which expert to check out and this is holding me back a lot in life...

i wonder if any of u guys got any inputs on upperback pains that can help me ...

I had shoulder / neck pain all of my life. It was caused by a few things combined. Posture while standing and sitting, and my DIET can you believe!

You'll need to do some reading but here is where I started:

Pain Free - read, follow, and commit to the excersises. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pain-Free-Revolutionary-Stopping-Chronic/dp/0553379887

It starts with Food. Again, if you read and follow the instruction sit can be life changing:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Starts-Food-Discover-Whole30-Unexpected/dp/1628600543/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1443714116&sr=1-2&keywords=the+whole+30

I also spent a long time looking at my body in the Mirror and realised I had A severe Anterior Pelvic tilt, it took me a lot of searching to realise this was a problem (Pain free lead me there), but now I know I have it I can work on it with Yoga and Pilates.

Also most of the time the source of the pain is NOT the source of the problem, can be down to a number of other things, such as posture, hips, how you walk, sit, etc.

I saw 10's of doctors and physios and they all prescribed different things. I really don't trust them now, sadly. It was my own reading and research that lead me to the source of the problem and the tools to resolve them.

Have you lost your virginity yet FluffyBunny?

RE: FluffyBunny's AM6 Journal - FluffyBunny - 10-01-2015

I dont have any pain at all if i do not do physical exercises....

I have changed my diet to really healthy about 6 months ago and i did see a lot of improvements in my health.

I think my pain stems from my neck . and something is wrong around my C6 area. and my shoudler blade muscles like the rhomboid muscles are quite tight. when ever i roll a ball over them to release tension my spine hurts too.

I had a rotator cuff surgery. before so probly thats why my neck and bak is more tight.

same ive seen many doctors too and none helped me at much.

at Geodude yah i lost it like last year

Seems like you already have your answers?

RE: FluffyBunny's AM6 Journal - FluffyBunny - 10-02-2015

but i cant figure out how to solve the pain when i do exercise ...

IT would be sore for days...

even if i release the tension of the muscles it gets tight soon and gets sore on the day i release it.
neck pain is the same problem..

Have you considered yoga? It's helping me notice when I'm using the wrong muscles for movements. I recruit from my hip flexor a lot unnecessarily and the asanas (poses) in yoga make it obvious when I'm using muscles illogically. It's also strengthening the muscles I need to be able to let go of using the wrong ones. Yoga to me is about teaching you about your body if you're paying attention and listening—not stretching.

RE: FluffyBunny's AM6 Journal - FluffyBunny - 10-03-2015

stretched my ligaments there as well and nvr rly fully healed =_=
im fuked...

whats Feldenkrais ?

RE: FluffyBunny's AM6 Journal - Benjamin - 10-04-2015

It's basically gentle movements where you move and compare both sides of your body. I don't understand exactly why but it changes things, helps you move better, releases tension and helps with injuries just by doing these gentle movements.

You basically put a guided audio along and follow along with it.

A week in Stage 6 now.

Nothing much to report .... Confidence and all is still just all on par , same as every other stage...

Its been a very very smooth run lol. i mean after years of self improvement...growth probably just became a normal thing for my brain. Although i am a super stubborn person so not sure why i didnt see resistance.

I remember AM5.... 2.5 years ago really kicked my ass ... So did SM3 a 1.5 years ago

I really like how im not even attached to any girl... even if my control is strong enough to let it go. Women wise... yah when i look at them ...they mostly get really affected by it ..

I am thinking about just running Stage 7 for another few months...

Whats the difference between running stage 1~6 again versus running stage 7 for the next 6 month?

i mean i would prefer the later stages affect much more than early stages .

RE: FluffyBunny's AM6 Journal - CatMan - 10-13-2015

The difference in running stage 7 versus the entire program is growth.

Generally, unless you've ran a program at least 3 times, it's MUCH better to redo the entire program. After that, you can use stage 7 to continue to burn in and maintain the program if desired although by that point you probably won't need to as it should be self-generating.

It's almost always better to redo the program until that point. Run the program 3 times THEN consider stage 7.

RE: FluffyBunny's AM6 Journal - dissonance - 10-13-2015

How were your SM3 results when you did it?

RE: FluffyBunny's AM6 Journal - FluffyBunny - 10-13-2015

The thing is i dont feel much growth from AM6... like i said it was really smooth all throughout. way different from AM5 where there was anger depression , insecurities and all emotions.

This run barely felt any at all...

So im thinking to just run stage 7 to burn the later affects into my mind...

technically speaking only shannon knows whats in stage 1~4 exactly versus stage 7. im guessing stage 7 is more general stuff like confidence and stuff , and probly more stuff from stage 5 and 6?

I had a whole journal written about SM3... and didn't just sit my ass in my room , i gone out countless times, pretty sure i wrote many journals about it too. i would say it was just more of a internal change more me not much of external results . i was pretty young bak then though
