I do use the trickling water tracks. I mean as long as I can hear it shouldn't the subliminals be coming through as well? I could go up one more notch but any more than that and I wouldn't be able to sleep it'd be so loud

The subliminal audio will be coming through as long as you can consciously hear the faintest volume parts of the program. Yes.

Yea my phone won't go to a volume that low, so I'm definitely getting everything lol. I'm almost a week into the IYPS sub and can already tell a difference in my erection quality and frequency. Im hoping I get that 1.5" increase the one member reported so I can get into porn

LOL at that long ass thread. It isn't tinnitus and it's not from the the subs, it was(still is~ some days) ringing when veeery tired or too stressed. But no, it's not from this. Thead can be closed, thank you all for your support tho
