I tapped on it a bit and there was some past memories that was most likely causing it, I was quite smart at school and enjoyed it, but alot of bullying turned that around. I let that go and started to comprehend it.

I have stopped studying the conversational hypnosis stuff. I did some tapping with my own EFT coach around my business (EFT coaching) and lost the desire to keep up with conversational hypnosis and realized it was a something I hoped would help me 'fix' certain things because I was frustrated with my business, and tapping on it I realized my real love is EFT and that all of a sudden without that emotional part conversational hypnosis just seemed weird.

I've still been listening to the subliminal hoping it will help me with my business course. I got alot done in a short amount of time so that it good, but finding it hard to motivate myself to keep doing it.

Oh and I just realized, I ended up training again yesterday, turns out he was having personal problems but does want to train, and this time and the last time I was able to more easily put stuff togeter and just think a little about what I wanted to do and do it smoothly where in the past i'd write the whole lesson plan down.

I didn't realize until now, but I may be able to attribute some of that to Maximum Learning. The one thing with subliminals/hypnosis or anything, sometimes the changes seem so normal that your mind tries to deny the changes having been because of that. Or atleast mine does.

But in a few days i'm pretty sure I will drop this for my week off after finishing Ideal Weight and then starting Alpha 5.0.

I know it's better to do Alpha by itself. I don't know, if it's going to have a good effect on my martial arts training it might be good to continue Maximum Learning. I've got a few days to decide anyway.

I am sorry to hear this Ben, I was looking forward to hearing about how this conversational hypnosis was turning out or working for you, as I find the Ericksonian hypnosis especially interesting and I think I read that is what that guy mainly had studied.

I am glad to hear that the guy is back working out again, just make sure to keep it simple for him, that was one of the things with the guy I know, he would throw one thing on top of another and another, I guess it was to confuse me, but I do miss working out with him and he is a wealth of martial knowledge, and I think sooner or later I will train with him again, it just was pretty annoying when he would do that, and then tell me that I just seem to learn slow and it is a challenge to train me.

Was wondering , with the Learning sub, do you just seem to pick up everything quicker, or do you have to want to learn it, also do you train any weapons, if you don't you should look into like a kali stick kind of art, it transfers to knife and empty hand, I remember you saying you have some Paul Vunak vids, he is really really good and I guarantee there is alot anyone can learn from him.

Yeah it is strange that after letting go of those emotions I started to see how it is a bit weird, or maybe it's just triggered some of my programming. But I feel improving my confidence and such to as high as I can is more important instead of trying to learn conversational hypnosis to cover those insecurities up.

Yeah i've learnt to keep things simple, especially in the first lesson, in some first lessons i've done scenario training and scared them off. It pisses me off that he would try to cover way too many things then tell you that your a slow learner, what bullshit.

The way i've learnt to keep it simple and build things up so far the people i've trained are able to learn relatively quick and start putting things together. Because alot of the stuff I add to it is just building off what I did before, like learning a tool, applying it on pads, on the person gently to get the feel and then building from there.

What I noticed is it did help me pick up things quicker and built my desire more to learn what I already wanted to learn, it didn't make me want to learn things that I didn't have any desire to learn in the first place.

I don't do much with weapons, I have done a bit of stuff with kali sticks and I know it's good for coordination, but I don't really know enough about it to teach past basic coordination drills so it's better for me to stick to what I know.

I have come across the concept of weapons transferring to open hand, but I can't really make the connection past concepts. Like I train with certain concepts and teach people to apply them and that could still apply to weapons, but past that i'm not really sure. By concepts I mean forward drive, overwhelming the attacker, controlled aggression, shifting the predator-prey dynamic etc..

Though alot of that wouldn't be familiar to most people who have done martial arts training as it seems to be more in personal protection/rbsd type stuff.

But it works, I know from experience.

All we need is a 2 way teleporter so we can train together. Tongue
