I've been using Hybrid for a while and just realized that I've been having some bouts of "chaotic" internal anger, like cursing and swearing in my mind, without reason. This is not typical of me. So I thought it must be the hybrid track having a side effect.
I switched to Masked track starting today.

I've used Ultrasonic the longest. It's the most balanced. Hybrid feels more powerful but also triggers anger or other side effects (as one I mentioned).
Masked feels the mildest.
Currently, I've gone back to Ultrasonic and will be using this format for the time being.

I am back to using the Hybrid format, as it is the only one on which I can feel a boost in confidence.

Observation: On hybrid, I am much more inclined to message women and "shoot my shot", so to speak, without hesitation.

Going through frustrating times currently. A lot of procrastination.
Also been ruminating and thinking about all the ways in which my ex girlfriend hurt me.
One thing is constant. Dedication in the gym and with my nutrition remains sky high. It’s going well in that front.
