LTU was very good up to a certain point but I never felt this level of focus and relaxation. In fact since I started UMS, my bruxism disappear which did not happen with LTU
Really? Are you sure since UMS has been out only a couple of days? I am asking cause I have bruxism as well.
Well, my bruxism is during the day, not at night so it is easier to be conscious of it. After the first loop, I was fully mindful and could stop the tension of my jaws. The second day also. But the third day it started again so that's why I decided to do a new loop even though it is advice 1 loop and 7 days off. When I did the second loop, I was able to control again the bruxism. So if I want to be accurate, I would say it seems that I can put under control my bruxism after a loop.
Interesting...I always that people clench their teeth only in their sleep (like me). I didn't know some do it during the day too. Anyhow, if UMS stops it permanently for you, that would be awesome news!
Yes I thought also that it was only by night but a psychologist told me it can be also during the day... so I will see on the long run what will be the results :-)

I am happy that we can have our own schedule for UMS. Thanks Shannon ! For me it is once a day... but of course it is for all the aspects which are not about money : FRM, deep calm, back pain relief, control of bruxism, focus etc. For the money aspect I will have to wait longer.

I suppose that part of my back pain was linked to stress. So with USM I feel much calm and relaxed.

I had a lucid dream last time very fascinating. I was in Washington as a journalist I think (I am not an American in real life). I was at a Café and started to interview somebody who is well known (but I don't remember his name). During the discussion, I asked him "what do you think of your president Donald Trump ?" After a long silence, the guy started to talk about it and then he told me : "but if you have enough ambition, you should interview yourself the President". At this moment, I realized that I was lucid in the dream, and in front of me... President Trump himself
. He was sitting at the table with me. I had no fear, no shyness, I was relaxed and super confident in front of him. And he was so nice, answering my questions with a cool temper, no insults... and it lasted hours (dream time) as if he became my friend . Everybody was looking at us but he did not want to talk to them only to me. Then, I told him, "Mr President, you don't have any security around you ?". He laughed and told me to look around on the roofs of the buildings and I saw many security personal. And I heard somebody telling Trump now it is time to leave …. and the dream stopped Hahaha ! in this dream there were all the symbols of this sub !
Question to Shannon : did you script political propaganda in your sub ?

The fascinating thing about this dream is that when I replay it my mind, rethink of it, I feel all the feelings I had during it : super calm, super confidence, super focus, everything can happen feeling, ambition, power.
It looks like that Trump transferred his ultra confidence to me during the conversation
Trump is not my cup of tea but for me he has always been the symbol of ultra confidence even before he became your president. I hope I will not have also his machismo attitude
Before this dream, I listened to the masked sub 2 times in the day (one morning and one just before sleeping).

I am wondering if it was the modeling technique of NLP happening in my dream. If yes it is fascinating, no need to do it consciously, the subconscious takes charge ! It is acting like a powerful anchor : just closing my eyes and I am back to this scene. But I can let my eyes open and just feel the scene.

Slightly off topic, but I met him on several occasions before he ran for president, and what you are describing is exactly how he is face to face. Interesting.

How to describe my actual state of mind ? 10 hours after the dream I described above, I feel …. Sooooooooooo Good !
First time I feel like that... it is a mix of being light, warm, enthusiastic, super positive, the world belongs to me ! Communication becomes so easy. My colleagues at work are looking at me strangely Some of them are asking me if I am ok ? If I won the lottery ? There was this meeting today, I hate meetings … but today I enjoyed it and participated to it fully to the max to the point my boss asked me to lead the next meeting 
An aspect to monitor : FRM is powerful, really. I don't feel fear anymore and I became a little bit touchy with some of the ladies at work... which a no-no in the company, and normally I don't do that. So when I realized that I did it, I felt quite bad. I will be very careful and learn to manage that

He told me that I should be the one to take it and because it is abroad, I will nearly double my salary... Of course I told him to give me more time, because I have my family to think of …

This is the beginning I feel like blocks have been removed and I feel so light
