I am close to the 4 months mark of Brain optimizer 5.11G. After completing the 4 months, I will take a break of 1 week and planning to start time management and priority optimization. I have a question here. Can I use brain optimizer as a refresher after the 4 months mark? Can I run Brain optimizer 10-15 mins or any amount of time you suggest when I feel the need to run this to get the effect? I really like the effect of balanced and stable emotional state and reduced brain fog while in Brain optimizer 5.11G for the last 3 months. So, wanted to check if it is possible to run this sub occasionally while fully committed to another sub ( time management and priority optimization). Thank you.

You cannot run it occasionally while fully committed to another sub.  It's 5.11G, which prevents that, and it's also working with physical brain chemistry and neurology.  That takes time and sustained effort and focus to do.  However, once you have done a full run-through, the effects should be hard wired into your brain tissue.  Re-runs are possible, but should not be necessary very often.

For UMS, is there a recommended amount of days off between Stages, or can we go straight into the next Stage after running (for Stage 1) the final 7 days on and 8th day off?

It is designed to be used that way, yes.  No days off between stages outside the days off for the last usage cycle of the previous stage.

I'd like to point out, though, that while you may have severe trauma and it may have altered your neurology physically, I disagree that it is now "wired into" your nervous system.  That belief is only making things worse in my opinion, by encouraging your subconscious to create that condition.

Remember that your brain and nervous system are plastic, and can change away from, as well as towards a certain "wiring".  You have to be careful about focusing on, focusing into and repeating things that only make what you don't want to grow stronger.

Until I can build the PTSD sub, I suggest you start working to consciously focus into re-wiring your nervous system away from trauma, not focusing more into it.  And please also understand that there is a big difference between "I have PTSD" and "I am PTSD".  A lot of people take their condition and make it their identity, which only makes it solidify more and more and it becomes harder and harder to release and change when they do.  Your identity should not include or be based on a condition you happen to be experiencing, especially if it is temporary.  And PTSD is temporary until it is changed.  It's just a matter of understanding how to change it.

Thanks. I appreciate your reminder about not identifying with trauma, I agree that’s a trap I want to avoid falling into

To clarify, when I said "wired into my nervous system" I didn’t mean it’s permanent or unchangeable. I fully understand and believe in the brain and the nervous system’s plasticity. I was using that phrase to describe how these patterns currently manifest in my body: persistent, reactive, and deeply rooted in my nervous system’s survival responses. It’s not a belief I’m reinforcing, it’s just an attempt to name what I’m working with so I can move through it more effectively. These reactions happen so quickly and automatically that they bypass conscious thought entirely

I appreciate the careful work you’ve done to strike a balance in this version of OGSF. I am curious though, should it always be used in ultrasonic format before trying any other format?

Yes.  I know you haven't had the greatest experiences with ultrasonic in the past, but volume would be why, and as you can see, 2 out of 15 isn't exactly loud or aggressive by anyone's standards.  If my girlfriend can take to it like a duck to water, I know it's gentle.  I listen to all of you guys and gal's experiences and feedback, and my process and workflow is adjusted accordingly over time.

Because of how MIR works in the current version, you will have to make a choice.  If you want to use MIR, you need to use only MIR, and start using it ASAP and follow the instructions.  Otherwise, use the other program.

Will the new DMSI be built within the next two months?

I don't know yet, but if I am working on two multi-stage sets at once, probably not.

My current plan is to upgrade DMSI v4 to 6G, optimize the script, make it so it does not contradict Maverick (as v4 did), and publish it as v5.

But I don't know when I will have time for that.

Hey Shannon,

Do you know if DMSIs sniper works if you’re looking at video / picture of someone like X4As does? I know X4A does by your field of vision, does DMSI work that way too e.g. if I’m looking at video of someone that’s on my screen my subconscious would consider them within the sniper range and effect them (provided they meet all the other criteria)? Thank you

Ed: I’m asking about the latest DMSI. If not, would you consider making that change for the 6G version? Having the sniper with still all the same limiters but able to work over video would be useful

The latest DMSI is v4, which was never published.  I'm guessing you want to know about the last one published, which was v3.5 IIRC?

The sniper in DMSI 3.5, IIRC, works regardless if vision.  Even if you don't consciously know they're there. If they are in any way sensed within the distance limit, and they fit the bill, the sniper fires up.  It can work "on sight", meaning in person, photographs and video.  It will also work with imagination.

That was planned to carry over to the v5 in 6G.

Perfect - thank you sir!

I think it's clear that the people want DMSI more than AM7.  It's what most people ask for all the time.  I hope Shannon can see this and after whatever sub he is working after the UMS just released he takes care of DMSI in 6g.  It's time to do this..

I want AM7 more than DMSI. I don't know if one I'm one of the few that want AM7, but thought I'd respond to your post.
