I’m pretty sure I have C-PTSD and OGSF 5.11G and E6 5.11G were extremely helpful. Adding C-PTSD support can only make it kick even more ass. @ShannonI took a look at the list again. Is the reason why Type #22 is blacked out now is because you feel like you have suffciently dealth with that type of resistance in 6G? I just noticed that type and a few others are blacked out. So just wanted to know if that's the case since you seemed to have edited in back in Janaury. I haven't tried OGSF in 6G yet but I will be trying it within the next few days. I did want to ask one other thing, if you become aware of the tactics your subconscious uses in order to get around executing does that knowledge in of itself help the effectiveness of not resisting? Since you know now what to is self sabotage and you can work on not doing it if possible? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 8 - Benjamin - 03-11-2025 Quote:Actually thanks for giving that information. I already knew that C-PTSD isn't from one traumatic event but no one explained it as treating everyday life as a constant threat. That actually explains a lot of my behavior honestly. It also explains the seeking refuge in an imaginary world since the outside world isn't "safe" at all. I guess also if Shannon wanted to make that PTSD sub eventually he should make put something in there to rewire the nervious system back to a healthy state. At least this explains more why everything has been such a uphill battle for me to enact any change. Damn, the stuff you've described with daydreaming and now the info on C-PTSD explain alot about how I am too. I've done alot of study and work with trauma but haven't specifically looked into C-PTSD. I'm very curious how OGSF v3 will go with it, for both of us. I'll be using it within the next month or so. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 8 - Have at ye - 03-11-2025 From a more psychoanalytic perspective, C-PTSD could be construed as an amalgam of various neuroses that have turned into a nasty *knot* that's very difficult to unravel, and the proverbial knot causes one to employ various defence mechanisms, some of which might be psychotic by nature (f. in. dissociation - like extensive daydreaming and the like). So the trauma healing/removal aspect of OGSF v3 should be able to help with that, it just may take longer than with "unknotted", separate traumas. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 8 - callie - 03-12-2025 (03-11-2025, 01:36 PM)Frosted Wrote: @callie @DarthXedonias I’m confused why you guys think Shannon’s subs can’t heal C-PTSD. I’m pretty sure that’s what I have, and the subs have been slow going, but have definitely worked wonders. Specifically 5.11G and 6G. I think it can be easy to feel like it’s not working for you, when really I just think it takes a lot of time to work through. Can it take me all the way? I think it probably can, but I can’t say 100% yet. But I do know I haven’t nearly reached the limit for even what 5.11G could do for me, let alone 6G, so I’m very hopeful. I’m definitely not saying that the subs won’t work. I’m just saying C-PTSD is complex, as the name suggests, and might require a more specific approach for some, because of how deeply it’s tied to the nervous system. For some people that dysregulation can make it difficult to process subs, regardless of how effective the method may be C-PTSD is a relatively new conceptual framework for understanding complex trauma and not every case looks the same. Many factors come into play, meaning that what works for one person might not work for another, even if they both have C-PTSD. However, one thing is well documented - the neuroscientific understanding of C-PTSD shows that it’s not just a psychological issue, it’s a full-body nervous system condition, rooted in psychological trauma, that fundamentally affects regulation, perception of safety, brain function and overall nervous system balance It’s not just about healing trauma for people with C-PTSD, their nervous system is wired to perceive the world as a threat and if the body doesn’t feel safe, it cannot fully release trauma Some might first need something to help their nervous system regulate better, so they can actually process deeper emotional healing without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down in a freeze response. Also, if someone has a nervous system stuck in survival mode, resistance might not be something they can just push through - it could be a sign their system doesn’t feel safe enough to process effectively That’s why I think a C-PTSD/PTSD-specific sub built primarily for restoring nervous system balance and creating a sense of safety could be really useful RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 8 - Shannon - 03-12-2025 (03-11-2025, 06:35 PM)DarthXedonias Wrote:(03-11-2025, 02:10 PM)Shannon Wrote: OGSF v3 is "super duty". Anything focused on PTSD would just be modified to focus on dealing with that and it's branches more specifically. But one thing I have to point out is that withdrawing into the mind to avoid or gain more "control" over "reality" sounds an awful lot like Resistance type #22. Blacked out? Nothing is blacked out when I view it. Can you show me a screen shot of what you're talking about? I think you will find that "resistance" isn't the same issue with 6G that it was in 5.xG. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 8 - Wiseg9999 - 03-13-2025 Hi Shannon, i was getting more relaxed with Self Development sub (after 2 months of use), I switched to the new Confidence 6g sub since 2 week. Im highly stressed, tired, headaches, and unhappy. Not sure if this is extreme resitance or just a sign of my life/work situation and now more amplified with the resistance. Can you provide some guidance. I just want to chill out and be confident and do my work and what needs to be done - thats why i though confidence sub could help with that. thanks. Although a number of effective antidepressants are available clinically, they are ineffective for a substantial proportion of patients (Boku et al., 2018; Schloss and Henn, 2004). For these patients, novel antidepressant strategies are highly needed (Schloss and Henn, 2004). In MDD patients, one of the most consistent findings across studies has been the observation of high levels of peripheral pro-inflammatory markers, notably C reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra) (Dahl et al., 2014; Howren et al., 2009; Liu et al., 2012; Schmidt et al., 2014), suggesting an imbalance in pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory immune status in the brain. Regarding immune regulation, cumulative studies have shown that Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides (GLP) possesses a wide range of beneficial effects with therapeutic potential, including anti-inflammatory (Habijanic et al., 2015; Wang et al., 2014), antioxidant (Cor et al., 2018), antitumor (Shen et al., 2014), antidiabetic and neuroprotective effects (Xuan et al., 2015).Not even trying to provide any kinda advice over the Internet, though taking Ganoderma lucidum (a.k.a. Ling Zhi or Reishi) several days in a row really calmed me way down. As always YMMV because of Biochemical Individuality. Parkhill, let's do a quick search on Google since I wouldn't post direct links to any NSFW videos:
Regression hypnosis part began around 00:26:30 and please don't watch any of that in public, both of them were fully clothed but those screaming orgasms after the cure would sound pretty much like the real deal. Gerald Francis Kein mentored both Cunningham and Parkhill in the past, therefore we might find some similarities here and there. For those of us who are interested in "supercharging" the effectiveness of DMSI / X4A series in the future, it wouldn't hurt to give semen retention / multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms a try. Read up on Mantak Chia's books should be a good place to start, while Alexey Welsh also talked about those topics on YouTube recently. I started my own journey after watching Brandon Maxwell's The Maxwell Multiple Climax a long time ago, doing lots of Kegel exercises afterwards while strengthening my PC muscles. At some point the term "refractory period" became virtually irrelevant once I figured out how to coordinate my waist / hip / leg / pelvic floor muscles whenever I was getting closer to the point of no return. Though the orgasm(s) would become so intense to the point where it's just totally exhausting after having quite a few of them in one go. Never tried any recreation drugs / magical mushrooms etc. at all so I wouldn't know anything about them for the sake of meaningful comparisons, though it just felt quite "stoned" to say the least or maybe it's more like high as a kite? FYI - there's a little something called the sister of Elsa's Archive from Arendelle where other noteworthy mentions could be found: Carlos Kadosh
Steve Bodansky Ph.D. Quote:Steve received a Master's in Molecular Biology at SUNY at Albany in 1979 and a Doctorate at More University in Sensuality in 1992 with an emphasis on female orgasm.

Bodansky's work is definitely legit since I really enjoyed listening to so many podcast interviews, though it might seem to be somewhat similar when compared to the likes of The Welcomed Consensus (RJ Testerman) as well as OneTaste (Nicole Daedone) for sure. Both Testerman and Daedone started a cult / pyramid scheme of some sort, while Bodansky is a good guy. I wasn't evening running any subs for so long, though chicks would still stare at me no matter where I was going. Looking forward to DMSI 5.0 in 6G since my aura could become mighty interesting. But these off days are probably just as important as the active listening days. I'm wondering, @Shannon or someone who knows, is there an aura production when I'm resting (off-days) as well as when I'm listening? I feel more tired compared to active days, but I'm not sure if it's related to the program. Also, I should start a journal instead of writing here. And how long have you been experiencing that? I feel more tired compared to active days, but I'm not sure if it's related to the program. With X4A-1600, you're going to notice a pattern that shifts over time. At first, while you're actively listening, the program will be projecting and you're likely to feel it and see results of some sort. If you're working through fears to achieve that execution, the days off, at least in the beginning, may be very quiet. That will be a sign that the program is busy working on those fears, and if you're not projecting or experiencing anything external during those days, it means that the entire focus is on that during your days off. Once you work through those, you'll be executing the projection script during your days off as well. The tiredness during your days off is going to be the parts of you that are being worked on trying to fight what's being adjusted. It takes a lot of energy to overcome that response sometimes. |
