Out of foods, for this purpose I mostly use energy bars with nuts and vitamins they're selling around here (as they have good dense calories packed into a tiny meal) and "chi regeneration" as it's done in Tai Chi. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Zubrowka - 05-22-2020 I'm thinking of setting up DR'S for my dad. He sleeps in the room next to me and I thought about setting up so it loops in his room. But how loud can I play without myself being exposed to it and causing a conflict with LTU? I sleep with the door closed, he doesn't. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Shannon - 05-22-2020 (05-22-2020, 01:35 PM)Zubrowka Wrote: I'm thinking of setting up DR'S for my dad. Different materials and floor plans have different acoustical effects. OK I'll shall check with the frequencee app. And also, if I give him the phone and say I've downloaded something that would improve his life - and then set it up even without his knowledge, and delete all copies I have on my computer, I'm not in any risk of suffering the consequences from the anti piracy scripting right? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - ichigo - 05-22-2020 Hi Shannon, quick question: with Sleep Induction Aid 5G, is it okay to play on repeat every night to improve sleep quality, and then do the loops of LTU5 durijng the day? Or should I limit SIA exposure to less than that to not negatively impact LTU5? Also random idea that I'm sure you've already considered with FRM, but I was reading a book called The War of Art and the author talks about Resistance in depth from the perspective of how it prevents us from being creative. The author reasons the reason Resistance is so difficult to overcome is because of fear. This fear is derived ultimately from the fear of death, and I remember you saying you can't figure out why the subconscious equates achieving certain goals with death. He believes the fear of death is not our literal physical death, but the death of our Ego (or the part of our mind that believes we are only physical and cannot understand time/space/etc. is illusion) as if we're forced to change we will kill the parts of us that identify with whatever it is that is holding us back from changing. So it could be that if that's true, then the task is to figure out how to convince the Ego that we will not lose our identity if we make these changes, which would then hopefully not perceive the change as a threat to its very existence. You probably had those thoughts and covered them in FRM v 0.3 or something lol, but just in case it's helpful thought I'd share as I just read the book. Also, LTU5 is really kicking my ass in a good way. Thanks again for making it. I suggest a maximum of 2 loops of SIA 5G per night, if you plan to use another subliminal, and not even that every day of the week. So it could be that if that's true, then the task is to figure out how to convince the Ego that we will not lose our identity if we make these changes, which would then hopefully not perceive the change as a threat to its very existence. The parts of the mind I work with are able to perceive things a lot differently than our conscious mind does. They see no difference between something imagined and something we see with our physical eyes. Since they are irrational and emotional, they lack the logic the conscious mind usually exhibits, and that makes it easy for them to extrapolate really ridiculous outcomes. In other words, the same tendency to imagine things that triggers fear also seems to result in that part of us (or those parts) taking that fear to it's logical (or in this case, illogical) conclusion, and that is always The Worst Thing Ever , which appears to be... death. I don't agree that the subconscious fears ego death. I think that is a possible aspect of it, but based on what I have seen, that would only be a part of it, and not even the majority. It seems to always boil down to the imagination getting out of hand, generating fear, the fear causing the subconscious to focus more on the imagined threat, and then exploring it to it's worst possible outcome, which without the use pf logic, always seems to result in the perceived threat of the death of the individual. And remember, these parts cannot differentiate between what we consciously consider "reality" and what we consciously consider dreams and imagination. I am trying to take this into consideration, but as you may imagine, it is VERY challenging to deal with. Especially since the strong tendency of that part/those parts is to imagine more of The Worst Thing Ever , whenever you even try to deal with the fear. I accept it’s a small price to pay for the extra protection. However, I would definitely not play extra loops unless necessary, in my experience the recommended two loops a day are just right. I will look into some energy regeneration techniques like you suggested. I do not think food would work for me. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - UniversalMan - 05-22-2020 Hi @Shannon , just a quick question... I am currently finishing two 4G subliminals(one is type B/C/Hybrid, the other is type B), according to you, how long I should wait before I can start UMS? It's been really helping me with motivating myself to start fiction writing and seeing that there's no reason I cannot be a published author / screenwriter as long as I take the steps required to get there. In the absence of a writer's subliminal (other than Plot Writing in 4G which I don't want to drop LTU5 for), do you have any suggestions on any other tools that could be used to help with creativity? You have written fiction before I believe? For example, do you know if there's a specific brainwave I should be using when coming up with ideas, and then another one that would be better used when editing? Thank you. To get to creativity, you have to access your inner creation. That can be done in a lot of ways. If you want to go the route of BWE, I suggest using Alpha for creativity and Beta/Gamma mix for editing. Specifically, I would use between 7 and 10 Hz for creativity (8.09, 9.42 and 10 Hz are exceptional options) and a 22/44 Hz mix for editing. The 22/44 Hz has a subharmonic of 2 that helps keep you relaxed while you are wide awake (22 Hz) and highly focused (44 Hz). Hell, I might as well go make those for you.
