Something I've requested a few times for E3 is to have an assertiveness module added to it. Before coming to IML, I used a subliminal hypnosis recording which was aimed at overcoming abuse, and an assertiveness module was included. After about 3 weeks using it, I noticed I was happy and at peace. I felt unafraid around others in general since I was in my own corner. I felt I could protect myself, and that I had permission to do so.

I was raised with my mom only who was abused herself and has hidden from most of life not knowing how to handle her perceived dangers. I've done the same, though I tried to hide it from other's view.

Shannon, would you be able to include self-assertiveness scripting in E3?
That's a good one too, I think that can also go along with healing. Though I found at times I wasn't as assertive as i'd have liked to be on E2 when a girl I was seeing was being a bitch. Though sometimes I still was, and I found other times I just didn't care.

The challenge would be balancing it, full on like AM6 might not be as appropriate, but definately something in E3 about setting your boundaries and being able to stick to them would be good.
Personally I would love having some balance on E3.

On E2 I was really content and at peace with myself (and others) which was awesome.

But I wasn`t very disciplined or motivated because I was so content and grateful all the time lol
I did nearly 3 years of emotional healing (2015, 2016, 2017). Mostly LTU 5G. But alternated with a bit of E1 for something a bit different (I used one at a time, since they are both 5G). I also ran 3 months of ‘Attract Positive Energy 4G’ by itself as well.

I seem to be noticeably much more feminine since doing 3 years of emotional healing.

Nowadays, I avoid conflict and just walk away, and do my own thing (rather than ‘stand up for myself’ and/or ‘put others in their place’, etc).

I reckon some extra assertiveness and/or discipline might be useful for some situations. If some extra assertiveness and/or discipline can fit into E3, then might as well throw it in.

Also, something to help overcome fears of unwanted pregnancy (knocking her up).


Edit: Pretty certain it is healthy to have fears around unwanted pregnancy / ‘knocking her up’. Since I’m dirt poor at the moment, the idea of being forced to pay child support sends shivers / chills down my spine.

If I was wealthy, then the idea of unwanted pregnancy / ‘knocking her up’ would be okay, maybe even a desirable outcome. But, as a guy currently in poverty / debt, picturing myself as a father is legit terrifying.

Maybe it is a normal / healthy thing to worry about, and can’t be ‘healed’ by subliminal(s)?

Maybe it is a useful idea / suggestion for E3?

Also, I see that "Penis Enlargement" is there.. Well, I was thinking more about "Penis Healing Modules" PHM.

I don't remember, but I do like that suggestion.
I do too. Knowing one's true direction can be an anchor in the middle of life's storms. I second this.
Just wanted to share with you guys that many of the issues that are talked about here, can be found in a blocked root chakra. I have worked with my root chakra for about 6 months and seen great improvements along with that I have gotten from running E2. People have had this problem for thousands of years, and much of the wisdom around dealing with it has been saved in the eastern traditions of mental health practises such as in yoga and meditation. God speed in your healing out there!
Would be nice to have “develop a zen attitude” module Smile
would be nice if the sub had an overall stronger and more effective relaxation module, if more focus was on relaxation, letting go, but... maybe if someone needs that it's better to just do ARA instead...

however, I totally agree with one of the previous posts in this thread that it would be very beneficial if the sub had a module of attracting friends and supportive people into one's life while healing. That would be truly great.
Asanti, in E2's description page, it covers relaxation:

"Physical, mental and emotional relaxation to maximize and benefit healing and regeneration."

From my personal experience, this relaxation could, and did, make me not wish to be around stressful people and places, and it even made me wonder about my career directions. I've used too much stress to purposely ignore my own demons, and E2 enabled me to look with eyes wide open, in time.

E2 had plenty of relaxation present. I know a big obstacle for many was a lack of motivation when fears began being diminished. They'd not study, socialize, or be as responsible as they once were. My first guess is they were highly fear motivated before starting E2.

I'm unsure of how Shannon will tweak E3. I know he'll be putting in the FRM along with H&C modules, but he's still observing the effectiveness of the FRM in USLM, UMOP, and DMSI 3.3. But, IMO, relaxation will likely be just as strong as it was in E2 since uncovering one's deep issues can be very stressful.

However, I chose E2 originally since it keeps the conscious mind's awareness separate from the subconscious' activity, which means some major battles occur without me ever knowing about them. That's pure gold to me.

E2 helped me a lot, but at some point I needed to switch to ARA (thx God it exists) and thus change direction and have all the focus on relaxation, otherwise I wouldn't make progress. For me E2 is already pure awesomeness so I don't really know how it could be improved even more, but.... maybe it can :-) anyways I'm greatfull that I found these subs and that they exist <3
