Subliminal Talk

I started hypnosis sessions and the hypnotist told me that one of the things we are working with is taking place during the night sleep, during the REM cycles.

I run my subliminal in the nights. Any clue if the subliminal (AM6.0) interferes with the REM cycles?

As you should know after all this time, hypnosis and other things can conflict with the subliminal in general.
