No. US/LM has the optimized P6 tech, so it's 35 days.
Currently using Ultimate Detox to help detox some beliefs but this new FRM seems like something I need. Not sure if Ultimate detox is P6 tech or not. Any ideas if it is or not? If so, a 35 day break before starting a new sub?
It's at least 21 days. I think it's P5, not P6, but I'm not certain. Shannon is collecting user experiences with regard to turbulence, so you could take a shorter break in between subs, see what happens, and report for him.
I am pretty sure it's P6 but Shannon optimized it later again as far I remember. So the sweet spot between 21 und 35 days would be obviously 28 days.
For P5 and early P6, it's 21 days. After I fully optimized P6, it went to 35 days. Now we are in the process of trying to find optimal time, which I suspect will be something less. But the amount depends on the specific version.

Hi Shannon,
What is the downside of starting a new sub during the rest period?
I am on USLM now, and I would like to use Breast or E2.
It used be a shorter break, sorry for my impatience!

The breaks are for allowing the P5/P6 to fade out and not interfere with the new subliminal. This prevents focus stealing, resource competition and turbulence.
Especially important if you are going from a higher gen sub to a lower gen sub.

Thank you Shannon, I will bear that in mind. In this case I could do UMOP or E2 after USLM, but I will need to wait to do Breast.
