Damn.. that kind of worries me. That's a fair bit of weight. I'm gonna have to watch this while doing DMSI.
I'd be happy if I started getting free coffees in shops though.

Ben, after much thinking. I really believe it was because of my work schedule being disrupted and my body needing a sugar rush to stay awake. I really doubt it has anything to do with 3.2 B, besides you are listening to 3.2 A!!
Day 4 - 3.2 A - Hybrid Trickling Stream - volume 25%
Now that my body has adjusted to working 6 days a week. The other day when I a woman I worked with gave me a chocolate chip cookie, I wasn't sleepy and had no desire to eat it. The next day she gave me a chocolate covered pretzel. That's when it dawned on me why I gained so much weight on 3.2 B!!
From the moment I started listening to 3.2 A, I could see a difference in how women acted.
23 y/o girl walking with her 27 y/o boyfriend.
Her: Hi 4Kingdoms!!
Me: Stop flirting with me in front of your boyfriend!!
Him: smiles and shakes head in disbelief
Since I said this to her... she goes out of her way to make the sound pssst then wave to me when she's next to her boyfriend. He is aware of what she is doing and he smiles and shakes his head in disbelief.
Yesterday, the boyfriend sat next to me. (imagine L shape)
The girlfriend sat at another table directly across from me and gave me a crotch display.
The girl that cuts my hair also cuts my Mother's hair. Yesterday, she gave me some Italian rose scented soap to give to my Mom.
After my haircut, I went to order takeout for lunch.
Me: I'd like two slabs of ribs.
Her: Which sides do you want?
Me: I don't want any sides.
Her: I'm not charging you for the sides, which two do you want?
Edit: Total of 4 sides - for free!!
The girl that took my order was the best looking girl in the group. I was sleepy and wanted my food and wanted to go home. As she was taking orders on the phone, I would occasionally look her way and find her staring at me. I guess she got tired of waiting for me to get up and talk to her... she looked annoyed, shook her head, and walked away. Another girl handed me my takeout when it was ready and I never saw the girl that took my order.

Money Master the Game, amazing book. I only read the first few chapters but it was enough to set me on a different money trajectory. Well worth the read, especially if you can apply the principles.

Looks like that would also explain your weight gain.

Day 7 - 3.2 A - Hybrid Trickling Stream - volume 25%
Tomorrow is the ASRB2 break. I have time, so I thought I'd post.
With the mandatory overtime at work in effect, I really don't have time to socialize to test 3.2 A outside the workplace under ideal conditions. Such as the beach or waterpark - Victoria's Secret - Panera's - Starbuck's - Bed, Bath, & Beyond. Places, off the top of my head where women tend to gather. On top of the mandatory 6 days a week, I'm being asked to volunteer to come in early or stay late. To which I turned down!!
I already reported the food women are bringing me. Rather than turn it down, I accept it and give it to my male coworker that is trying to bulk up. This week women have been handing me reading material... today's paper - this month's magazine. I was surprised to see April 2018 on the front cover of the magazine... it was still March when I received it!!
Just two days ago when I did the end of month inventory with a female coworker. As we were walking around with the laptop on top of a mobile computer cart. The area we needed to enter was blocked. I climbed over, stepping on different stacks of pallets. She was smaller and tried to squeeze through.
Since we were alone and April Fools was the next day. I jokingly said, "Take off your bra, that's why you can't squeeze through. She took off her shirt and bra, handed them to me and squeezed through the opening. Then she put her bra and shirt back on facing me like that was the most brilliant idea she had ever heard of!!
After we did the inventory in the room. We stepped out to a cleared path!! This guy, 6'5" built like a linebacker in American football... was physically pushing the pallets towards the wall. He said, "I saw your laptop, 4Kingdoms, so I made you a space."
So my guess is 3.2 A is affecting the men too!!
I had mixed emotions about his actions to help me because I was looking forward to her taking off her shirt and bra to squeeze back out!!
Hahaha I love it. You should have also suggested she would have fit through even better if she took off her panties.

I'm starting this workout program on Monday.
If you’re going to invest hours of your time into training and nutrition, wouldn’t it make sense to do so in the most effective way?

I probably have though I've just stopped caring about body image. I'll keep myself looking clean and presentable but beyond that, DMSI is leading me to a pretty relaxed attitude regarding body and weight.
I do know in my heart that if I ever wanted to loose weight, I have the knowledge and motivation to get it done quickly.
I'll also add this in, I was pulling women left right and centre when I was just a scrawny teen. Back then my body image didn't even exist, so I do believe that body consciousness may play a role in reducing attractiveness.

At 52, I have to think about health. Type 2 diabetes, loss of breath, osteoporosis, poor posture...none of which I have!! Just doing preventative maintenance.

Lol, I'm in my 20's. I'm with you 200%. Health is number 1, particularly as we age. Preventative maintenance is the wisest thing any man can.
