I've had this with me since childhood,even at the age of 33 I'm still struggling with these fantasies.There might be a sub that helps(at least partially).

I skimmed your Self Esteem 5.5g Journal. I would stick with that.

Thanks.That seems promising.Let me try it,but my sleeping pattern is not that regular,I don't know how to afford listening 6 loops back to back(uninterrupted),every night,in a regular manner.may be I should listen during daytime...
What if I listen to 6 loops (back-to-back)every day ,but not at the same fixed time,I mean sometimes in the the morning,sometimes in the afternoon ,...,but uninterrupted.
Would that degrade (significantly) what the 5.5g sub has to offer?

It's strongly recommended not to break the ASRB. 6 loops isn't a huge amount and it's less than past programs which was 8+ hours.
