I should start out by saying I downloaded this program via torrent, used it a few days and then bought it today. Theres no excuse, I felt suicidal and was looking for something to make a change in my life.
Maybe the DMSI program is the wrong one for me but that is the one I downloaded so I just bought that. Some of my problems stem from breaking up with my girlfriend of 8 years so maybe DMSI could be helpful. I didn’t really do anything to get her 8 years ago and then I took her for granted, the end. Now I’m a shy, unconfident, average looking guy that has very little experience with girls. Depressing stuff out the way.
My goals for this program:
1. Attract girls thats I’m attracted to.
2. Confidently talk to girls and keep them interested.
3. Become more outgoing, get out of my comfort zone.
4. Build self esteem, self confidence become a happier person.
I'm using the Flac versions of the hybrid track on my iPhone and the Flac version of the silent track at night.
I'm surprised it's in a torrent, wow. I feel bad someone here over time has done that obviously, then...we're somewhat of a close community.
Anyway, welcome and I'm glad you bought a legit copy. You're in luck, V3.1 has been out an extremely long time and V3.2 is only about 2-3 weeks away. It should be a significant step forward.
Well first day, did 6 loops and felt depressed all day. Unsure if this could be attributed to the track because other things going on in my life. Felt tired, I’ve stopped coffee drinking so maybe adjustment needed.

Don't mean to hijack the man's journal, but I found Shannon's work on a torrent site and it made me curious enough to buy from the store. I wouldn't have found this place otherwise. I've spent about $500 since, so while not ideal it does bring in new customers.
Yeah I was the same, wouldn't have found this place otherwise.
Last few days have been a bit weird. Weird dreams whilst playing the silent track at night and overwhelm/resistance whilst playing the hybrid track in day. Not sure if I should back off or push through. Past memories of early childhood coming up, more awareness of my inner and outer voice but still the same confidence issues talking to people.
Yesterday was hell. My mind really seems to be dredging up the past, memories that I’ve shut out of my mind and forgiven people for. My tolerance for bullshit has gone to zero, usually I offer my back to be stabbed. My mother doesn’t like me like this. A friend said he didn’t want to know me anymore.
Struggling to find an IOS app that doesn’t crash after playing some time at night. VLC works good but lot of interference while playing the silent track, so not silent.
Not much to report. Something is happening though. I’m listening to the hybrid track now and I feel like I have 5% brain function to write this.
Weird dreams while silent track playing, like I’m being tested to confront my problems but at the moment I’m failing. Someone showed me a problem last night and I covered it up with a backpack then I pretended it didn’t exist.
Socialising issues still remain, looking away sometimes when people talk to me. General unease in conversations, lack of confidence. Being more aware of the way I am, a nice guy and how people take advantage of me.
I changed from FLAC to MP3 as the Apple Music app is much more reliable than the third party IOS apps.
Just a heads up, you might want to stop 3.1 so you're clear for 3.2. It's recommended to have a 21 day break otherwise they may conflict.

I’m finding it really hard to stop as things are happening. Not out of this world changes but the dreams are testing me every night.
There also seems to be a marked increase in testosterone, sexual attraction towards girls. However that could be due taking a meal replacement powder that has maca in it.

Great username lol
ok then keep using it if youre happy but remember that you can then upgrade to 3.2 but just get a 21days break atleast, where you stop 3.1 before you start 3.2.
And stay off the lactose lol
So the testosterone increase was the maca, now I’ve built tolerance to it the effects are gone.
I’ve had several interactions with girls and none has gone any different than usual.
I’ve joined some online dating sites and starting to wish I didn’t, a lot of nasty people.
The dreams have settled down. I hope it wasn’t me thinking about the program objectives constantly before sleep that led to relevant dreams.
My life is so monotonous and dreary I’m thinking I should risk turbulence and only take a week before starting 3.2.
So I’m stopping 3.1A today, waiting to move to 3.2B. I really don’t want to as it feels like wasting time but I’d rather do this properly.
Few things I’ve learned using iPhone for listening -
1). VLC player app using the FLAC tracks is more effective. Was getting a slight headache, felt some resistance that I didn’t get with MP3 track with iPhone earphones.
2) Using the flac track with VLC player or any good flac player there is a couple of minutes of crackling then it settles downs as normal. I don’t get this with the mp3 track and the same earphones.
3). I don’t think the iPhone earphones have the required frequency response. I’ve got some earphones with foam tips that block out sound, they seem to be a lot better.
