I am finishing AM6 soon. I already planned my new program and I know that I have to do a week of break before going to the new one.

I was wondering though. Is that week the minimum? Should I give it some more time so my mind process all these info from the last 6 months and integrate/activate AM6 even more?

I thought with 5 G you had to do a 2 week break

A week is pretty good, but Shannon has said that sometimes up to a month or even a few months for AM6 can be good to really let it integrate.

With 5.5g it's 3 weeks. Normal 5g 1 week is fine usually.

Benjamin, I am considering doing AM6 again. Its been 3 days now that I am on break. Should I still do a long break if I am repeating it or do like 7 days and start again?

It's still best to take a week or so off, or even up to a month to let it all integrate can be good before doing it again.
