With listening time, yes more can be better but only if you can keep it consistent through the 6 stages. It's best not to lessen it in later stages if you start with more.

I try to listen has much as I can, dependent on the day. If I can put headphones around me I will, If I can put them on my ear I will. The only real time I get is the weekends where I do 16+ hours.

But if it is listening time then, I will change my the way I listen.

Thanks
I have to kinda disagree with the generality of those recommendations; please also listen to yourself. One drawback to doing a 6-stage set is you're not really free to experiment, but if you do a ton of hours because people say its good and you're just feeling foggy and you have to arrange your life around listening time, and maybe sometimes you're 50/50 about going to do something but then decide nah 'cause you can get more listening time in, or if you're out its good to be back early, or maybe a Sunday is actually gonna be real productive if you just listen all the time, then maybe you're not leaving enough time or energy to live out and apply and learn the programming in real-life situations. I'm pretty some types do better with more time to figure things out themselves without the track, while others seem to be able to get a boost by playing it more. Just my observations and guessing, of course. I'm doing 8h now, used to do double or more.
Yes, in the end find out what's best for you. When I really boosted my hours a few times I found it was too much. The extra hours on the weekend is fine if you can keep that up through the program.
No ones advocating for him to put his life on hold just to listen more. He asked for a trouble shoot and I gave him a valid answer from my own experience.

Too many Alpha men in here
Try to alternate AM with ASC.

Try Trickling Stream maybe next time around. I find T.S. easier to listen to since you don't have to worry about volume adjusting. Being a lot more safer on headphones too.

Okay, will give it a try on my next session. After taking a break..

Alternate how? Like every other day? Or Week?

Thanks
Okay SO I'm going to be taking the whole of February off, and the next step is to do ASC for 32 days take a month off and do am6, or just get back to am6.

Eventual goal would be to have a Don Draper aura
I ran AM6 only once, and that was a few years ago. I had tremendous results, and still experience breakthroughs from time to time. You will too, but it may take a while. It does for some people.

The biggest barrier to your success is you, so the best advice I can offer based on my experience is this: get out of the way and let the sub do its job. Don’t overthink the process. Don’t lust for results. Don’t try and make things happen. Instead, become a dispassionate observer. Follow the instructions and watch intently for the changes while living your life. Remember, you’re dealing with your subconscious mind; don’t let your conscious mind steal the show...which it attempt to do continuously. Just let go and let it flow.

Just my two cents. I wish you the best of luck.

I try and follow this advice as well, but I want to touch on the gray area what is considered "letting the sub do its job & going out of your way"

for instance,
A.)"I should go out of my comfort zone, apply for a better job as that's what AM6 would want me to do, even though I really don't want to."
B.)"I'd rather not apply for a better job right now, as it's very stressful to think about and just let the sub do its work, I'll get there eventually feeling more comfortable"

If my interpretation of 'let go and let it flow" is not to worry about stressing over applying for new jobs, meeting new people, going to school, then I should sit back more, relax, let AM6 do its job to make me eventually 'flow' into these uncomfortable things. But I would need to make conscious strong decisions at points. What do I want to do for a living, is one that everyone does. I was hoping AM6 would help me here this time around, but 3 runs later and I still am not sure what I want to do. I'll have to take the time and sit down at some point and really think about it.

I had many feelings like this over my third current run. Actually my third run of AM6 is where I am my worst out of the three runs I've done. I've had many thoughts of doing things outside my house, but I kept telling myself to just let AM6 work and I'll eventually find myself going out without a second thought, but I constantly sit at home fighting over second guessing myself over opportunities that arise. My previous runs were not much like this at all, I was much more charismatic, outgoing, and assertive.

yes I agree with your point. I just wanted to share my experience as of late from someone who is pretty bad at self motivation.

I understand what you’re saying, and it makes wonder if I’m an isolated case. AM6 hit me hard and I experienced a lot of weirdness during the process, but the most noteworthy shifts in my nature didn’t become obvious during the process; they started manifesting several months after completion. In retrospect, it was as though the instructions loaded into my brain needed Time to incubate before manifestation could fully occur. Maybe it would be like that for you too.

Just something to ponder.
