For most 5.5g programs you want to stick to the specified amount of loops as per the instructions on the page. It's only DMSI where the loops have been opened up for experimentation, but likely in the next version Shannon will specify a number of loops again.

My question is:
Can we increase the number of loops over time?
Thanks
Yeah i wont do that. 6 loops made me tired asf. When I first started. Now only 4 is what I listen

Such a strange protocol. Big change from 5g. Has he given any reason why this is the case beyond testing for a constant variable?

The amount of loops is what he's modeled to be the optimal for most people.

Despite the explicit instructions I go by the philosophy more loops is better. Having said that I would stick to what Shannon and Ben has said and use this as a baseline. Do more loops at your own peril
