One thing I struggle with a lot is cognitive functions, learning disabilities, emotional disorders, etc. Would MHS be a better sub for that, or is MLS and it's scripting to heal brain damage better for that kind of thing?

I'd still say from what you've posted in the past that E2 for a large extended amount of time would be best.
