I should have been clearer and its my fault. I have been back to the sales page for DMSI 3.1 on many occasions when stuck but what I was seeking was more of a lay man understanding.
So for example with the P4 P5 tech for someone to explain what they understand it in non tech speech as such. Some here totally get it easily and some like me wonder whats it mean.
thanks though and yeah I'm sure there are many others here always asking so thought I would just get up and ask directly.

It mainly just comes to increased input into your subconscious. Shannon hasn't really expanded on them past this as it would give too much away of his trade secrets.
